I find the characters very real..as in real life women dont react instantly..as the way indian siciety is as they are taught since childhood. They keep on adjusting probably their whole life but here I n sure urmi is gonna take a stand..I m really liking this show..

That had been my hope from the beginning that this show was going to be a progressive and modern thinking serial, but honestly now it is trying my patience.

Yes, this kind of things do happen to a lot of women all over the world.

But here Urmi is educated and does show some gumption outside her in-laws house.

But inside her Sasural she becomes a Zombie and cannot utter a word in her defence.

It is the inconsistency in her character that is hard to take.

I thought I was the only one who thought he was funny. Some of dialogues, though rude, are hysterical. Especially the idioms in Hindi.

I agree!
This show is indeed a reality check!

This is the only show on TV, that I came across, which doesn't show us a fairytale story, how two love birds fight aginst the world for their undying love or whatsoever!

All the tracks of this show are very much realistic! I love how the characters have been written!
I have high hopes from this show! CV's have to leave an inspiring message in the end!.

well said ... this is a unique story. A character Samrat is well made character and the actor who plays is well chosen to give the full justice to the character. I am curious to know what is the projected story line in upcoming episodes.
