Antara woke up next morning at the sound of birds singing outside. She found herself still leaning on the headboard and Raghu still sleeping on her lap. She blushed thinking about previous night. Their first kiss. A smile appeared on her lips. She gently slide his head on the pillow and came down the bed. She glanced at the clock on the night stand... It was 6 am! "Oh God kahi may late toh nai hogayee? Antara said worriedly as she headed towards the washroom. Today was her paheli rasoi and the family will be tasting her food. Removing her clothes she noticed red bruises on her neck and throat. Shyly she touched it with her fingers. Embarrassed she lowered her gaze. " sharmana band Karo Antara you'll be late for cooking! A inner voice reminded her. Shrugging the thoughts off she got in the shower. In half an hour she came out in her blue anarkali. She did her hair...then applied light make up. Applying sindoor in her maang she arranged her dupatta on her neck to cover the bruises. Glancing at her husband she came down in the kitchen. "Agayee tu beta. Mom welcomed her in the kitchen. " ji mom. Antara took her blessing as mom kissed her forehead. "Mom...mujhey bahut kuch banana nai aatah. Antara said nervously. " its ok beta...I'll teach you. Mom said while caressing her head lovingly. Antara thanked God for her sweet mother in law! Close families arrived along with machmach and ruksana with their 4yr old daughter pari! Pari became friends with antara in no time. She was cute and chubby! Antara fell in love with her. Raghu woke up late with a hangover. He found himself on the bed. "May raat bhar yahi soya thaa?" Fir antara kaha soi thi? Raghu was confused... He couldn't remember anything about last night. He grabbed his towel and headed towards the washroom. Standing in front of the long mirror he noticed sindoor on his color...teeka stuck on his sleeve and his lips had lipstick smudges! His eyes widened in shock! "Ye sab kaha se aya? " kahi mayney nashey ke halat me Antara ke saath zabarjasti toh nai ki? Raghu thought as he ruffled his hair restlessly. "May aysa nai kar sakta!" I have to talk to Antara. Raghu said as he removed his clothes and got in the shower. Meanwhile Antara was cooking with the help of mom and ruksana. Families were desperate to eat her hand made food. Raghu came down in his red shirt and black. His gaze was searching for Antara. He assumed she must be in the kitchen so he headed towards the kitchen. He stopped at the doorway when he saw her cooking with mom. "Yaha toh sab log hai may Antara se baath kaysey karu? Thought Raghu. Mom found him in deep thought." Arey Raghu kuch chahiye beta? Mom asked. Antara's heart leaped at his name. Her heart started to pound on her. "Han mom mujhey ek cup green tea chahiye please. Raghu replied. His husky voice sent shivers down her spine. " I'm taking tea in the living room...tum apney biwi ko bolo na! Mom said. Antara felt butterflies. "May abi bana deti hun. Antara said. When mom left ...Raghu slowly neared Antara. He stood just behind her." Antara... Mujhey tumsey baath karni hai. He said. "Jee...bolye. Antara said without looking at him. He was about to say something when Pari came running to him. " chachu!!! She ran into his embrace. "Hey naughty girl! " aap yaha? He asked while picking her up in his godhi. "Han!"may Anta di se Milney aai hun! Pari said excitedly. " accha? "Toh mil liya ussey? Asked Raghu .Pari noded her head non stop. Raghu smiled and pulled her cheeks. " di is peety na? Asked little Pari. "Bahut. He said while glancing at Antara. Antara's eyes widened and she felt a knot in her throat. Taking a deep breath in and out she turned around to give him his tea. " ye lijiye aap ki tea. Antara was too shy to meet his gaze as she handed him the cup. Putting Pari down he scanned her face. "Ye mujhey dekh kiyu nai Rahi? Raghu thought as he took the cup from her hand. " Anta di godhi pleesh! Pari said. Antara smiled and picked her up."you are very heavy Pari. Antara said. Pari giggled. Antara pulled her cheeks. She was talking with Pari when her dupatta slipped from her neck. Raghu choked on his tea when his eyes fell on her bruises! "Are you ok? Antara asked worriedly. Her concerned eyes met with his. He was stilled with shocked expression. " ye nishaan?"isska matlab mayney sach much...Raghu thought. Mom entered the kitchen. "Chal beta breakfast laga detey hai. Mom said." Jee mom. Antara replied while putting little Pari down. "Mahashay yaha par hai...bahaar machmach is looking for you. Ruksana said while coming in the kitchen. Raghu looked at Antara and left. He couldn't focus on anything after what he saw on Antara's neck. " Kiya huwa bhaai?"sab theek hai na? Machmach asked him. "Han bas hangover hai aur kuch nai. Raghu said. Table was set for breakfast. Close families sat down to eat as Antara served them. Everyone praised her for her cooking skills. Antara thanked her saasu ma secretly. Mom smiled and noded. After eating the families rewarded her with gifts and bestowed their blessings on her. " Abh tum sab log breakfast karlo. Mom said to ruksana and Antara. Raghu and machmach sat down to eat. After serving them ruksana and Antara sat down to eat as well. "Yaar bhaai kal raat tum dono achanak se gayab kiyu hogay thay? Machmach asked. Raghu looked at Antara for answers because he couldn't remember anything. " arey tu ussey kiyu dekh raha hai? Bolna kaha gay thay tum dono? Machmach asked again. "Ye toh tumey Antara hi batah sakti hai kiyu ki mujhey kuch yaad nai. Raghu said. Antara's eyes widened in utter shock! " matlab he couldn't remember anything that happened between us? Antara thought."bolna Antara kaha thay tum dono? Ruksana asked teasingly. Antara blushed and lowered her gaze. "Accha sharma Rahi hai...hum sab samajh gay kiyu machmach? Ruksana said making her more red. " oh God! Fayla diya mayney raita! Raghu thought as he looked at flushed Antara. "Mujhey Antara se baath karni hogee. Thought Raghu. Breakfast was over and the ladies cleared the table. " Antara beta rayno do Ramu kardega tu idhar aa...mom howled from the hall. Antara came in the hall with ruksana. "Aa idhar baith. Mom said. Antara sat beside her mother in law. " aaj Teri paheli rasoi thi na toh ye meri aur Teri papa ki or se .Mom said while blessing her with a pair of gold bangles. Antara felt loved and blessed as mom slid the bangles on her wrist. Machmach and ruksana gifted her gold earrings. "Raghu mia abh aap ki baari! Ruksana said. " Han chachu Anta di ko gift do na! Pari sang. Raghu pulled out a tiny velvet box from his pocket and neared Antara. He handed her the box. "Arey humey bhi dekhna hai ki andar Kiya hai! Ruksana said excitedly. Shying away Antara opened the tiny box. A smile crept over her lips when she saw two gold payals in the box! Looking at her smile and her expression Raghu knew she loved the gift. " wow! Everyone was awestruck. Soon after she left towards her room to put away her gifts. Raghu thought it was a golden opportunity so he followed her quietly. Antara was putting her things in the closet when Raghu entered.

"Antara! His deep voice startled her! Things fell on the floor from her hand! " sorry...I startled you. Raghu aapologized. "Its ok. Antara said and bent down to pick up her stuffs. Raghu bent down as well. In the process their hands touched as they both were trying to pick up the things. They both tilted their head and then their gaze met. Before things could get out of hands Antara pulled her hands and straightened up. Raghu picked up her things and handed it to her. " thanks"she said while taking the things from his hand and putting them away. "Antara... Mujhey tumsey baath karni hai. Raghu somehow managed to say. " jee bolye. Antara said. "Woh kal raat humarey beech kuch huwa thaa Kiya? He asked.Antara's eyes widened. " Aapko yaad nai?she asked while trying to gulp. "May nashey me thaa na toh I couldn't remember anything." Kiya mayney tumarey saath zabarjasti ki? He asked worriedly. Antara closed the door of the closet and moved to the bed to fold the clothes that were laying there. "Bolo na Antara!" Did I hurt you? He asked sadly. "Nai...kuch nai huwa thaa kal raat. Antara replied while squeezing her eyes shut. " fir ye terey galey me nishaan kaha se aay? He asked. Antara felt a knot in her throat as she tried to gulp. "Oh God may Kiya bolu? She fondled with the clothes." Ye ...woh mujhey chot lagee hai. Replied Antara. Raghu held her shoulders and turned her around to face him. Antara started to tremble .She kept her gaze lowered as he scanned her face."chot ke nishaan aysey nai hotey! He said firmly. "Mujhey bahut kaam hai may jaa rahi hun! Antara said and ran from there! Heavily breathing she came down the stairs and entered the kitchen. Out of breath she leaned on the counter. Raghu knew something had happened between them. Sighing he came down. Soon the families left including machmach and family. Antara promised Pari that she will come to visit her. Mom Dad left to take a nap as they were tired from the wedding and traveling. Rantara ended up all alone. Raghu noticed her going out towards the flower garden with a basket. He once again followed her. Humming a love song Antara started to pick roses for her vase. Raghu was lost in her soul soothing voice. She felt his presence behind her. " Antara! He called from behind. "Mayney kaha na kuch nai huwa humarey beech! Panicked and scared she threw all the roses on him and ran from there! " oyee! Antara!! He called after her but she fled from there. Raghu shook his head and gathered all the roses and came inside. "Hey bhagwan may kaha fas gayee! Antara said as she struggled to breathe. Raghu came inside with the flowers and arranged in the vase and left it on the nightstand beside their bed. He came out in the terrace to find Antara struggling with the clothes on the clothes line. " Antara! His voice hit her ears."Aap yaha bhi aagay?"dekho..aap mujhey pareshaan mat karye.. Baarish aaney waali hai and I have to remove all the clothes from here. Antara Said. "May kaha pareshaan kar raha hun..may toh bas puch raha thaa ki...He couldn't finish when Antara shoved all the clothes in his arms! The clothes hid his face. Antara giggled." Antara I can't see...oyee! Raghu screamed. "Subha se dekh rahi hun may...aap Merey aagay pichey...left right..upar nichey kiyu ghoom rahey ho? " sab ne Kiya socha hoga? Antara was in her masti mood. "Antara beta! Mom called from downstairs." Abhi aai mom! Antara smiled and hopped away."oye! Antara! His voice died in the terrace as Antara disappeared from his sight. "Ye ladki bhi na! Poor Raghu had to bring all the clothes inside. Later he came downstairs." Tu kuch bhi karley ...kab tak bhagegi mujhsey... Sach toh may jaan kar rahunga! Raghu said. Mom and Antara were making laddos when Raghu entered the kitchen and jumped up the counter and sat there. Antara avoided his piercing gaze. "Kuch chahiye tha beta? Mom asked. " Han...mujhey aaj Antara ki haantho ki laddo khani hai. Raghu said . Antara raised her eyebrows. Mom smiled and left the two alone. Raghu jumped down from the counter. Antara's heart skipped beats as she grabbed a handful of laddos and moved back. Raghu neared nervous Antara with a glint of mischief in his eyes. "Aap...aap merey pass kiyu aa rahey hai? Antara asked while gulping her saliva. " laddo kahney! He replied. Antara's eyes widened when he winked at her! "Aapko laddo kahney hai?" Ye lo! Antara threw the crushed laddos on him! Raghu ducked and dodged as Antara rained the crushed laddos on him. "Tu ruk! Raghu grabbed some laddos and chased her. Antara giggled and laughed as she ran up the stairs. Mom heard her laughter and came out of her room. Seeing them throwing laddos on each other and running like kids...a smile appeared on her lips. " mera Raghu kitna khush hai Antara ke saath. She said and blessed them. Then she realized it was the laddos they were playing with! "Haila! Merey laddos ka satyanash kar diya inn dono ne! She said while holding her head." Antara ruk! Raghu yelled behind her but Antara ran inside their room and was shutting the door when Raghu pushed it open! Antara left the door and ran behind the bed. Raghu locked the door and said. "Abh kaha bhagegi tu? " Chup chaap aa jaao merey paas aur merey sawalo ka jawab seedhey seedhey dedo warna bahut pachtaygi. Raghu warned her. Antara gulped and gulped. "May nai aaongi! Antara replied. " theek hai...may aa raha hun! Raghu said and ran after her. Raghu was about to grab her arm but her dupatta came in his hand...in the process of pulling and pushing they ended up in bed...Antara down on the colorful clothes which Raghu brought from outside and Raghu on top of her petit figure..crushing her down. "Abh bhaag kar dikha! Raghu said. Antara just stared at him hopelessly. She was breathing heavily as her chest rose and fell. Her wrists were pinned by his huge hands. Raghu noticed some pieces of laddos stuck in her hair. Raghu leaned and ate the laddos from her hair. " Kiya kar rahey aap...ch..chorye mujhey! Antara pleaded."laddo kha raha hun aur Kiya? He said with his signature smirk. Antara moved her head on the side ..the pieces slide from her hair to her neck..Antara shuddered.when he took a piece from her neck. "Abh batao kal raat Kiya huwa thaa? He asked. Antara gestured to her diary on the nightstand. Raghu rolled away and grabbed the diary. Antara got up red and embarrassed. Composing herself she came out of the room as Raghu read her diary. She wrote every little thing that happened that night. Rubbing his teeka on her ...her running from him..then their sensual kiss under the moonlight. " My beautiful first kiss which I'll never forget"! The last sentence moved him deeply . He kept reading it over and over again. His heart swell with joy and happiness. Smiling he put the diary away and fell on the bed...running his fingers in his hair as his smile widened. Meanwhile Antara who was chatting with her saasu ma in the guest room fell asleep on her lap because of exhaustion. Mom slide her head on the pillow... Planting a kiss on her forehead she left. Raghu came looking for her. "Antara guest room me soh rahi hai beta...tu pareshaan mat Karna ussey...thak gayee hai bechari. Mom told Raghu. Raghu noded and left towards the guest room. He found her sleeping peacefully. Raghu sat beside her and stared at her beautiful face. He removed the pieces of laddo from her hair one by one. Her last sentence from the diary roamed his mind heart and soul. " my beautiful first kiss which I'll never forget "!
