Raghu slowly opened his eyes and came to his senses with a thudding headache, He closed his eye's against the dull pain. The back of his skull throbbed like a wh**e's heart; he bit out a curse and moved his hand to inspect the damage - except that it didn't move. Something was restraining his arms. His legs, too, were immobilized, as he noticed when he tried to get up... so he was lying prone. The violent hum of electricity streaking through the air assaulted his battered head, calling forth a grimace of agony. A steady dripping echoed all around him, but it seemed to come from a single source.
A runny tap, or a leak in the roof.
How long had he been out cold? His lips were parched and hunger growled in his stomach. He cracked open his eyes to better percieve how deep in he was. Blackness continued to engulf him. A tremor of panic vibrated in his core. He was blind, sightless, motionless, restrained. He was as good as dead. That slight tremor increased in intensity until he physically shook in time with it.
He tried to wrench his arms free and felt narrow straps dig into his flesh. He cried out in pain and kept battering at the straps with his forearms. They sawed in deeper and drew blood, but he was too far gone to notice it. His every instinct forced him to fight this unseen enemy, to escape these bonds, to run free once again.
He snapped his head back, the impact dizzying him for a moment. He hit the metallic table again and again with the back of his head, pounding away at his restraints. He yelled out, a shout mingled with fury. The stuffy air invaded his mouth, causing him to gag. How hadn't he noticed before? The metallic scent of blood mixed with the stench of excretion, like fingers of decay forcing their way down his throat and lodging in his heart.
His strength was beginning to ebb; his poundings came at longer intervals; his feet beat the painstakingly slow ryhtym of a burial march. He drew in ragged breath after another, inviting the foul fingers back down his throat again and again - a demented adult film of sickening proportions.
He heard a squeak from the rusty hinges; someone was coming in, He laid back and waited for them to arrive near him.
His lips were long-deprived of liquid; a gasp bubbled from his lips instead. The distinct sound of swishing cloth reached his ears. It was coming closer. Closer, closer, and then past him, the faint footsteps receding into the other direction.
"Come... ba-..." he croaked as loud as he could.
He listened for an excruciating moment. They weren't coming back.
He thrust upwards with every muscle he had, gritting his teeth when the straps tightened around his form, trying to overcome his captivity. He could feel the joinings groan in strain and he pushed harder. Hope. It existed. Just a little more... A few inches. One of the joinings popped out of its socket, cleanly as a twisted arm. He clenched his teeth harder. A few more and he'd be free.
"Hey ACP, it seems our patient is awake," someone said above him, his voice brimming with excitement.
A set of dragging footsteps echoed into his struggles.
SATYA!!...He gritted his teeth.
He let his aching body collapse onto the metallic surface,breathing heavily.
The footsteps had stopped. He heard soft breathing. Something nudged his hip painfully, a questioning prod from the shadows; he shirked away from the sadistic touch the best he could.
"Hmm. It does seem so." This voice was crisp and cool, all warmth drained by lack of compassion. He wasn't sure if the speaker could even be human. "Well, let us gaze upon his visage."
The implications of this request hadn't the time to register in his mind before a hard fist wrenched the rough bag from his head, ripping out some of his hair in the process. He cried out as bright illumination wormed its way through his eyes and into his brain, eating away at his nerves, biting them raw. Blistering scabs were ripped open inside his head as the parastic rays of light feasted upon his flesh, flaying him bloody from the inside. Through the haze of agony, he heard the two voices conferring above his prone form.
Raghu slowly looked around the room and Saw Satya standing in the corner with an ACP an 3 Sub- Inspectors...The ACP Orders the Sub-Inspectors to go and beat Raghu up...They all walk up to Raghu and stand near his feet...
ACP: Bunty..Chal Shuru Ho Jah...
Bunty picks up the rod and was about to hit Raghu but he stopped...
ACP: HEY!!!..Bunty chal maar...MAAR!!!!
Bunty tries again but he just couldn't he places the rod down and look st Raghu and then at the ACP...
S-I Bunty: Nahi Sir...Meh nahi maar saktah...Mera Bhai Inkay Banai Huway Hospital Main Doctor Kah Kaam Kartah Hai...
ACP: KYA!!!!...Roshan Tu Maar...
Roshan Picks Up the rod and will try and hit Raghu but he also freezs he places the Rod down and looks at the ACP...
Roshan: Sorry Sir...Meh Inko Nahi Maar sakta..eri behti inkay banai huway school meh parti hai..Wo bhi free main..Nahi sir..Meh nahi maar saktah...
ACP: SAB KEY SAB NAH LAYAK HO!!!...Karen Tu maar...
Karen: Sorry Sir..Meh Nai Maar Saktah...Meri Behan Unkay College eh Parti Hai..Sorry Sir...
Raghu burst out laughng...He stares at Satya...
Raghu: Acho kay saat haesha acha hota hai..agar tu eri jagah hota..TO sab lar rahay hotay.ki kon pehlay jai gah...
Satya: CHUP!!!...SAB KEH SAB BHAR NIKLO...AIN KHUD HI KAFI HU..ISKO SABALNAY KAY LIYAY...
Everyone leaves...Only Satya and ACP were left in the room with Raghu...He gets the metal rod and starts hitting Raghu...
ACP: Satya Ji...Please choro issay...Satya Ji
Satya pushed the ACP back and continued hitting Raghu...
Raghu: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Satya: Yeh Tum Gin Kyu Rahay Ho?..
Raghu: Tum Ko Bhi Lotanay Hai...He said smirking
Satya gets more angry and beats him harder..Satya un-ties him and starts beating him up with his hands...He throws Raghu acroos the room...As Raghu hits the wall and falls on the floor his arm hits the floor..lifelessly...
ACP stares at Raghu scared...He gulps thinking about the consequences of Satya's Actions..His job is at stake...He quickly gets rid off Satya and looks at Raghu..He sits on the floor thinking of a Plan to save his job...ACP jumps up as he got a plan..He had to get a doctor to check if Raghu is alive or Actually dead...He stands up and runs out the room...The door slammed close...Raghu's eyes slowly opened...He wiped away the blood on his forehead and smirked...He tries to get up but fails..He slowly gets up and looks around the room and see's a electricity box...He slowly lips towards the box and opens it...He bites a wire..and holds it against himself...The currents passed through his body giving him a electric shock...He shook violently and collapsed on the floor...There he laid lifelessly...WIth burn marks on his body...
The ACP ran back in with the doctor..He saw Raghu lying on the floor..He dragged the Doctor with him and ade him do a check up...
Doc: Sorry..He's Dead...
The doctor leaves, Leaving the ACP shocked...Sweat bands ran down his forehead...The ACP decides to make the death look like an assassination...The ACP runs out gets a few Inspectors...and explains to them...They will take Raghu's body into a van and they will be taking the van to central jail but will stop on the way to have refreshments leaving Raghu's body in the van...The ACP will signal the shooters to shoot the Van and the Van will blow up..The inspectors drag Raghu's body out of the Room and throws the body into a van..Everything was going according to plan...As the van drove away Antara stood outside the station frozen...She saw Raghu's Unconcious body being thrown in the van..A lone tear escaped her eye...and she fell to the groundS...'Mera Raghu Maar Nahi sakta'...The dream which she had before flashed in front of her eyes, The dream..it..it came true...a dead body in a dark and lonely room..with cuts...
She jamp up and started madly rushing towards raghu but the police barricades didn't let her go near him. She just wanted to see him for last time but no one allowed her. In front of her shattred eyes, raghu's lifeless body was taken away by those police. When the van went away Antara felt her eyesight getting blur.
She placed her hand on her head...as she lost consious..The people present there rushed to her to help her...On the other hand Satya had hired some people to shoot the van. ACP also knew about that and took precautions already...the guns were ready...the van came in the middle leaving cars to go by from the sides..Satya was there with his men and signaled them to shoot the van...just when they were gonna shoot..a large truck came in front of the van from one side which is the reason they couldn't shoot...they signal the gunmen on the other side of the road to shoot but another bus came and parked there...Two men came out of a secret door from the bus and changed Raghu's body with a doll and took Raghu inside the bus and drove off...The gunmen shot and the van which blew up with the doll inside...
Inside the bus...There was a doctor who was giving Raghu shock treatment to bring him back to life..The doctor tried numerous times but Raghu didn't not wake up...The Doctor gulped and tried for the last time...He gave him a shock...Raghu jerked up breathing again...The doctor gave out a sigh of relief..This Doctor was Raghu's childhood friend...Rohan...
Raghu: Cool...
Rohan: COOL!!..Tu pagal hai..pagal..tujhey pata hai ki yeh plan kitna risky thah...
Raghu: Risk to apun ka dusrah naam hai...
Flashback
Raghu was in his cell..when a sub-inspector came up to him and told hi that the ACP and Satya were planing to beat him...Raghu thanked The Inspector for the news and asked him for his phone...He recorded a video explaining his plan clearly..He gave the phone back to the inspector and asked him to give it to Rohan...
Present
Antara slwoly opened her eyes..and found herself at home...Her Mamma was on one side of the bed..with Saroj on the other...
Antara: Raghu..Raghu kaha hai..?
Saroj and geeta looked at each other and remained silent...Antara questioned them frequently about Raghu..She was going to question again when she heard Raghu's name she looked at the TV screen..
Reporter: Khabar aaye hai ki...Raghunath Naik jo abhi abhi giraftaar hua thah..Ek bomb blast meh maar chuka hai...Aaye aur jaankari kartay hai...Antara lost all color of her face and continued to look at TV screen...Her face turned pale..as tears formed in her eyes.
