He says Raghu ka Pilla!

its like saying the baby is part of a dirty litter.

He is so rude! The PH is very mean. I did not like it either.

Sonia he said "pilla"

as far as i know pilla is like a puppy! Basically he was indirectly calling Raghu a dog and saying leave his kid (dirt in Satya's words) and come with me!
