It was celebration time, Antara had been selected in the top 20 for a singing competition "India's singing Star".
Everyone was happy with this news,the family and even the people of the basti and afcourse Raghu.
The very next day was the training and soon after that would be the shooting of the launch, so she had to get ready with the perfect song.
It was quite late at night, but Antara could not sleep, she was exited with what all had happened, she was in the top 20.
She would be singing with one of the top singer of the industry in a few hours.
She walked out of the house for some fresh air, she remembered her dad and wished he was there with her to see her performance.
A lone tear escaped her eye when she thought of her dad .
"aree aj toh tumhe bahut kush hona chahiye , aur tum roo rahi ho??" Raghu said coming to stand next to her.
"roo nai rahi Hu , kush Hu but papa ko miss karti Hu" she said a sad smile on her face.
"papa hote toh kitna Kush hote mere liye" she said
Raghu was just looking at her , the way she talked and all her emotions kept playing on her face, she was very expressive.
She kept taking and he kept looking at her, she was really different,she was only girl intact the only one who had it in her to face him when he was wrong.
"aree tum chup kyun ho, mein hi kab se bat kar rahi hu" she said looking at him.
Oh ha kal tumhara show ke launch ka shoot hai na woh machmach bol ra tha,
Toh uske liye all the best , thk se perform karna , daar mat jana aur koi b problem ho toh mujhe ya machmach ko call karna ,miscal b chalega.
He spoke now not even sure about what he is speaking.
"tum thik toh ho, kya bolre ho tum "she asked him all the more confused.
"kuch nai tumhe Jake soo ma chahiye, kafi late hua hai" he tried to avoid.
"oh ha kal Jana b toh hai , and ha tumhe aj Subha k liye thanks b kehna Tha" she said smiling at him.
"aree uski zarurat nahi hai" he spoke and simply turned to leave.
"zarurat hai " she said stopping him by holding his hand.
Raghu was going home when he felt Antara hold his hand and stop him from going, he turned to face her .
" yeh pehli baar nahi hai Ki tumhe mujhe bachaya hai , pehle b ek bar tumhe meri help Ki Thi aur Mei tumhe thank nahi mat payi Thi" she said still holding his hand .
"seriously thanks a lot, but muje promise karo agee jab be mei musibat Mei Hu toh meri help karoge" she was now speaking like a kid.
He was just dint say anything but smiled att her and that,was enough for her .
Raghu was smiling, she was successful in getting a smile on his face, now she could sleep peacefully.
She was smiling at him,when he spoke in his deep tone
"Antara"
"huh" was all she managed to say.
"ab mei gahr ja sakta Hu?? "he asked her in a fake serious tone.
"hmm sure" she said .
"par mera haat toh chodo tum " he spoke and burst out laughing.
Antara was shocked for a moment and then even she smiled , she could not believe her eyes , Raghu was laughing his heart out.
Aj bhagwan meri sari batein kaise maan rahe hai , kuch aur b mang Lena Tha shayaf woh b mil jaye.
"acha chalo ab jaoo ghar bahut raat hui hai " he said.
" ha good night, tum,bhi ghar jaoo" she smiled at him and left.
He waited for her to go inside and latch the door and then left for his house.
