We can always refer to the gods here .. no harm as long as we dont go in whole detail ... 😊... daily soap characters r lot influenced by the mythology stories too ... one colors show which I follow is actually being inspired by Shiv-Shakti track as the makers themselves said it .. so yes they do take inspirations and its a fact ...
And when I said nonsense , its my POV , u can beg to differ .. but its my view that in India marriage is seen as a tabboo of sorts and the irony is people never think twice before cheating on their partners because of which divorce rate in India today is more than marriage rate ...
The makers of this show have not said that they are inspired by Krishna-Radha love story.
Shivani is such a flawed character, and many times her behavior and actions are such that I disagree with her or do not like what she is doing. Krishna -Radha is such a beautiful love story that I did not like Shivani 's comparsion with Radha. When Krishna left Radha and married Rukmani , she let him go though she continued loving him. Period. In those times marriage was considered to be sacred , so there could not be any other way.Shivani does not have the courage to let Raghu go.She continues her Raghu jaap after his so called marriage.
In the 21st century , I do not understand how can someone be so dependent.
Its true , being born and treated like a princess throughout her life the concept of "having a job to earn your living " or "living independently" would be alien to her.
But I would have appreciated her a lot more if she at least made an effort. I have seen many characters in in reel and real life suffer huge setbacks, yet they had the courage to overcome all odds and live a decent life. In fact I have seen in a daily soap a character who lived and breathed her love just like Shivani did , maybe even more .. because she had worshipped him for years become almost dead when her heart was broken, she had been totally dependent on him ,but due to her inner strength and a lot of effort , she managed to rise from the ashes.
Majority of people may agree in this forum as far as Shivani's character is concerned. But only 16-17 follow this show in this forum. The main audience is outside and mostly women watch it . CVs should not do anything which will make audience lose respect for Shivani. They are sure to lose viewership then.
This is my POV and no offense to anyone.
Also as far as divorce rates in India are concerned, India still has one of the lowest divorce rates in the world even now.
