I m not sure if Raghu really was trying to hide his feelings from Karan there or he was genuine when he told Karan that for Shivani , he is only her habbit and nothing else because thats what Shivani too once told Raghu 🤔

i think he is trying to hide his feelings as then he would have faced karan when he was talking about his feelings when karan asked about it... the fact that raghu kept his eyes n face averted during 'the whole' scene was deliberate from the part of CVs , which i felt ... but yeah , he did look up n met karan's eyes when he talked about karan being babiji's good life partner... n yeah, shivani once told him that he is his aadat ... but shivani has moved on from that phase to actually worship raghu n here we see her actually thinking of ending her life ... if raghu remembers her 'aadat' dialogue , he must have remebered how she was the only one who believed him to be alive when every body else thought he was dead ... a person who considers u as merely an 'aadat' won't be like that ... the problem here is that raghu doesn't think or believe that 'babiji' could fall in love with him... so he clings on to the theory that she is trying to cling on to her life through him as a support ...

Actually if Raghu really loves Shivani , I wonder why he dint say it loud when Shivani was on the verge of jumping .. I mean normally in such situations the guy will forget everything and just say it loud and clear that he loves her , now get down but Raghu even then kept saying u r my Maliksa's poti , dont do this when he knew well that this could result in Shivani actually jumping off .. So does that mean right now Raghu really does not feel that love for Shivani 😕 or is it like he feels that love but does not realise it himself or is he just in denial ...

i think he isn't even in denial ... for to be in denial, he has to have the knowledge that he is in love with shivani ... there must be some inner voice which keeps pricking at his heart that , hey u may be in love with babiji ... the fact , i think , is that the inner voice is unrealized or muted by that 'i-don't-know' factor n also the 'sin' n 'malik sa's pothi' factor ... his mind is trained to be like a servant , n his loyalty is not letting his heart realise what he actually wants ... bec its clear that he doesn't love sumitra ... its also clear that he can't even eat when he knows that she is upset ... its again clear that he doesn't know why he wants her happy all the time n why he feels her pain as his, unless ofcourse he isn't the cause for it ... bec he thinks that whatever pain 'he ' gives her is for her bhalaayi ... what kind of naukar thinks like that ...?

n coming to him not doing enough to keep babiji from jumping ... i think its again his conscious vs unconscious mind playing part here ... on one hand she is asking the very opposite thing he has made his mind to believe ... wife , not malkin ... that itself sets his mind on n heart off

I want CVs to show it clear that Raghu does hv supressed love for Shivani instead of giving these mixed signals ... And I feel CVs r yet to go to that phase where Raghu will b shown hving that supressed love ... right now whatever feelings he has for Shivani is actually overshadowed with his prejudices related to Maliksa's poti and status issue .. he just dont want to think beyond that even when Shivani was on the verge of jumping from there ..

Coming to Sumi , yes Raghu has no emotions , no feelings nothing for her and he is actually quite blunt to her as well when he told look I m just faking it .. so its like he told her indirectly that its upto u if u want to help me out in this faking or not and as usual Sumi agreed for her own sadistic pleasure ..

From all the episodes i have seen it is evident. If he really loved her , then he wud have blurted it out when shivani was trying to jump.
That was an extreme situation.

HE cares about her and wants her happiness. Caring for her , looking after her and her happiness has become His Habit. Just the way , he thinks he is Shivani 's habit.

Its only when this he can no longer do this for Shivani, he will understand or be able to put a name to what he feels abt Shivani. It may be love.. it may not be. But this situation has to come in his life first.
