My thoughts on why dadoo put the stipulation in the will.

I think dadoo knew that there was a good chance that Raghu will transfer the property back to Shivani upon his death and was afraid that j&M will manipulate Shivani again, that's why this stipulation to do what he could to prevent it.

My feeling is that dadoo put the clause about Shivani staying with Raghu for 3 months not only for their feelings to develop like Latha suggested, but also he knows that Shivani is very naive and everyone did everything for her. Now that he is gone, he wants her to "grow" and learn life lessons with someone he can trust and that being Raghu and I think he sensed that Raghu's mom is good and will take care of Shivani and help her.

He knew that Raghu and Shivani who are honest and caring will respect this stipulation and abide by it as it was his last request. I don't think Raghu or Shivani really care for the property they don't seem greedy.

Don't know if I made any sense. just my thoughts. 😊

Now he knows that jaz and mahima are not reliable...and he has very short tym to look for ri8 partner for shivani...and in given choices he knows that Raghu can only do justice for Shivani...

he also knows that both R and S are not really accepting their relation as Husband and wife...and he wants that to happen...he wants shivani to be Raghu's wife...that way he is sure that shivani can get the Best Partner in life as well as her property will be with her...

so this 3 months is just the way he is giving time to both of them...to fall in love and get ready to accept their relation...the Big ICE of servant babyji relation should be broken between them...

so I think his thoughts are around their relation as husband and wife but not around property...property anyway he know that Raghu will return back to shivani safely...but no one can give her a better partner in life...also with jaz and mahima around...he trusts Raghu...that he is capable of facing them and standing against them...
