Give ur reasons for DIP in TRP'S 5.8 to 5.3

Folks making a thread on this forum after a long time ,as i hv been really disappointed with the current Top cook track in the show ,saw the ratings for this week too ...ratings dipped from 5.8 to 5.3 where as the production house and the actors were expecting a ratings of sumwhere near 6.3 .I wonder why the production house are running so high ???😲😲

...i hope from the currect ratings they get to know the loop holes and their laggings in the show .My reasons for DIP in the trp's are

1. Top cook competition is super dragging 🥱🥱


2 Makers fooled us by giving their bytes in the articles that we will get to see the eternal SURAJ-SANDHYA moments ...instead of Suraj-Sandhya eternal moments we are getting to see the moments of Baba saan and Bhabho ...and that can only be enjoyed upto an extent ...after that it really becomes untolerable🥱.

3. The chemistry of SURAJ-SANDHYA totally missing in the Singapore track..God knows what happened to Mr Director and the actors during this track.

4. Too mush of Meena scenes are totally spoiling the show ...her BAK BAK makes u mad ...i really skip the channel at the stupid crap scenes of meena and chavi too🥱🥱,.

5 Improper editing ...all of a sudden u get to see MEENA stupid scenes between the Singapore trak ...those scenes look so abrupt...😕

Wud love to know your reasons too ...do share ur views on this...

for me the reasons would be,

1. lack of surya scenes😔 they r not at all concentrating on them😡

2. lack of continuity ( i thought they will continue mon epi with that pool scene but they didnt😕) like this so many small things ...

3. they have to show atleast one epi full of surya😳 without bhabho, babasa, anumangali & competition..

We were also exited about this singapore track but to some extent it has become a drag...no proper surya moments only competition and other filler scenes...earliar I used to watch its repeated telecasts too...but now watching it only once that too shuffling between PR and DABH.

Yes, It's sometimes unbearable to see same kinda scenes over n over again. Singapore track created so much hype through articles, SBB/SBS reports that we expected too much from the show.

In my perception, dipping in TRP's because Sooraj was in under depression state. I don' think so anyone enjoyed Sooraj being weak up to such an extent that his right hand got paralyzed. How it could be possible if we look at the characterization of Sooraj since serial is on Air?? I am still actually figuring out what's CV's purpose to show Sooraj has fear to face the competition? How can a person be so weak who is running sweet-shop from his teenage. He must gone through so many rough patches in life before becoming famous sweet halwai of pushkar. Sounds illogical at a times.

It's good to see Sandhya becoming backbon of Sooraj n strengthen him but still SURYA moments are so less.

I second you sita about Meena antiques.. It's overdosage so much that now I really dont enjoy n laugh over her scenes for hours n hours that I used to in the past. Like say Bhabho-Meena convo during holy time..

In my opinion, TRP took a nosedive due to less and less SurYa moments. The viewers were left high and dry by SurYa whereas they (the viewers) were expecting greater screen-space for SurYa.

Also, Suraj being so nervous and paralyzed didn't help much. The makers wanted to stress the importance of Sandhya in Suraj's life but they made Suraj so nervous and fumbling that viewers were unable to relate to their original Suraj of Hanuman Gali.

Hoping that TRP would improve this week as we are set to get some good scenes.

yup earlier i used to watch the episodes of the show 2-3 times on you tubes but now God knows what has happened the charm of the show is becoming less day by day ..i terribely want the track of the show back in PUSHKAR ...

I think the trp is still very much high as compared to any other show and frankly it is very difficult for the show, its creatives and actors to keep the trp high week after week cuz they have to satisfy millions of viewers everyday but diya aur bati is managing this from 7 months. So keep faith in creatives, i am sure they will deliver well in this week and trp will rise next week.
And besides the track there are many other factors which contribute indirectly to the trp. 9 pm slot is highly competitive not only for drama shows but news channels and movies channels also.
And keeping in mind that the trp was around 5 before Singapore track this is still high.
And to those who think lack of surya scenes contributed to the dip I am sorry but romance is never going to fetch you trp, look at other shows for proof. Diya is a drama show with twists every couple of days and that has given it no. 1 spot. So let it remain like this and enjoy the show.

Its good they aimed to show the meaning of Diya Aur Baati - Two Supportive Systems to Eachother , But the Track they streched a bit without SurYa Spark scenes and the competetion is bit Streched .- This thing of Loosing Confidence, May be they considered Suraj as Strange Person to this Fast World , but still i consider what they showed towards Surajs Fear , it Happens in Very Rare case Persons .they Handled Suraj Psycologically .. Entertainment was given to the best as usual From Pushkar and Bahbs Pair in Singapore

This Dip is Because the subtle Romance is Missing out of Total Emotions , which we uesd to have Daily ..


Bhabo always being with them is Majorly Not getting Accepted to me , If she is taken as Entertainment Purpose then they should have made Bhabo Seperated from them. Atleast 5 minutes of SurYa time(only SurYa and No one Else in that Private time) is necessary if they Expected a TRP rise , but not Fall ..

I got a bit disaapointed with this sudden fall. But Stil DABH is on TOP , And the Main Part of Show SurYa Love and Sandhya Carre are Yet to come , So that time u can Expect really big Numbers on TRPs . 😃

Dont Get disappointed , SurYa Rocks 😃 , many Tracks are Yet to come .. 😃

i disagree with u on this point (in red)


If the scenes of the lead pair wud not b shown which is the strength of the show ...then TRP'S and INTEREST of the VIEWERS definitely gets affected
and i am not talking abt romancing ,if u are a regular viewer of the show then u wud hv seen that the SURAJ-SANDHYA scenes from the episode 1 were always subtle..decent ,...they were never passionate and oomphy types...then too they rocked becaz they were eternal...eternal scenes of SURAJ-SANDHYA are the biggest strength of the show ...
i know still its the no1 show becaz we the viewers are still watching it like a duty ...we are just waiting for this dragging track to end ,with this track how can the production house and the cast of the show expect 6 plus trp's ...(as per the latest article) ...
