may 21 and 22 were well done. the actor who plays chotu kumar is superb.

bhabho, vikram, meena, mohit, and chavi, all are absolutely selfish. a mother who is unable to be a mother to a girl who has lost her own parents is indeed no mother! bhabho has been unable to see how her endless and harsh taunts hurled with great force towards sandhya have hurt her own son to the extent that he feels that the only way to end this torture is to get sandhya out of his life.

bhabo has created a household where selfishness is the prime motivator for most of her children, except suraj. bhabho's shrill shrieking completely masks any sense of love and peace that is essential for a positive atmosphere. whatever be her bitter past, bhabho will find it very difficult to redeem herself. and vikram, meena, mohit, and chavi are beyond any redemption--they simply did not deserve the namaste that sandhya gave them, but such is sandhya's culture.

dysfunctional homes are destructive in the long run. i hope that at the least that is the message we can take from a show such as this!
