ok i have one info which was tere on indya .com someone talked to amita devadiga creative head her satement was "we will not give any official annoucement about the repalcement as it is still in progress " and we r aware of our loss she also said tat tey want her to aome back but its entirely her decision "
so please carry on the petitions and phone calls to shilpa coz we need to convince her now to reconsider her decision for the sake of the fans!!!!!!!

so i guess this means that shilpa can't leave until they find a replacement..so let's just pray that they don't find a replacement for another 4/5/6/7/8/9 months..basically forever! ~ameen 😃
