you go to

and browse for the picture and upload it

it will give you four to five links
you will copy the last link
it should look like
http://ww..... somthing like that
then you come to your post and
you see the button on the top when you are about to post
it looks like a mountain with a little sun

it is on your right hand side under the color of the font

well you paste that link there and it should upload
