Last Weeks DMG Frustration...

Sorry guys Im putting people through this. Im probably repeating a lot. Read it atleast. Im in India at the moment so Internets crap and I cant read everything thats been said. AFTER last weeks epi this is what I felt and wrote...

Riddhima and her messed up perspective to life….all men are the same yet there will be someone who will be made just for me, who will be nothing like armaan. Oh come on….get out of your dream world love. Such contradictions are beyond my understanding. She is the most hypocritical character I've seen on television. Heck….have probably seen more but the only one ive noticed this in. What was with the cheap antics on the night they were going to lonavala? HE WAS GIVING YOU A DAMN SHAWL CAUS U WERE COLD. You wanted to kiss me with that bet- OH PLEASE YOU IDIOT- he DIDN'T! remember? 'You wanted to do it before lots of times' YOU HAVE SUCH A BAD MEMORY FOR A DOCTOR- He bloody PLAYED BASKETBALL WITH YOU instead of kissing you caus he understood that you're dignity is precious to you. What kind of a cheap world does she live in? Oh yeh. I remember. Dream world- in which she carries the bojh of the entire worlds morality on her tiny shoulders. I am sorry for Riddhima fans but the only word that comes to mind when I look at her now is (censored!). Another thing I don't understand. HE IS A DOCTOR! An educated, well-mannered, well loved and well-understood (by his co-workers e.g. Padma) person. Does she really believe he could possibly sink so low? Armaan can get any girl he wants- does she think she's like some jannat ki hoor or something that a guy like him would actually be wanting to do anything of that nature with her. How's that for Self-love and arrogance.

Felt really sorry for Armaan to having to explain to her that he could have exploited her several times before had he wanted to. Its true. And she would have willingly subdued. Look again at the BB court episode and the look or surprise on her face when Armaan picks up a BB instead of kissing her. And in all those cases…she thought it was HER that stopped him??!?!?!? OH please. Also the poor guy couldn't slap her caus he…'loved her, of course'. Totally felt the bebasi and pain in his voice and confusion to word the thoughts in a way she doesn't misinterpret - KSG- one more star to your name.

Funny thing…she's flaunting her wet hair right in front of armaan to alure him and distract him even after all the things she had said to him 2 nights before- I mean what kind of a character would go and do such a thing right in front of the person they thought were interested in them in that way. Is she mocking him?...if so what kind of a cheap and disgusting method is that. And after he goes-fails to have the desire to dry them . Look at the unpleasant look of surprise on her face when he agrees to go without her- she stops drying them then. She is physically driving me up the wall.

Finally- What is the reason for her behaviour? I really want to know. She thinks armaan is a cheap insensitive and low guy and definitely not for her? Even after EVERY instance he's been there with her- through thick and thin- her first death case, the patient in the lift, the misunderstanding of her di's adoption, her own adoption. Is she suffering from amnesia? No seriously…? Is it that she thinks how could she have been attracted to him on the Play night. IT WAS HER WHO PUT HER HAND ON HIM THAT DAY- NOT HIM?! Does she actually have a brain seriously? Or is it all what we often say 'bhoosa instead?' SERIOUSLY BAD CHARACTERISATION OF THE SUPPOSED PROTAGONIST.

BUT...

It was fresh to see a bit of armaan's and rahuls history. His rocking tattoos finally found a place to exist without shame- though I wonder how they would explain him not having them when he's a doc. Although I do wonder how such a character can ever turn into a doctor or as rahul put it 'doctor doctor ban gaye'. Yet, you see the maturity in Armaan's now character to his younger self in college. The Sonia episode was surprisingly refreshing. Loved the way armu casually says there...'whats up with the geek...' ehehe

SO YEH...that was my rant. Sorry if its a bit outdated or whatever...

will try and catch up somehow...Still havent seen todays episode....

👏 👏 👏 Well said. I believe this is the problem that the AR track is encountering. If Riddhima's character was sketched better, and we could see her going somewhere other than in circles, I'm pretty sure the track would have progressed in a far better way than it has so far.

Some 🤗 's for you! When you catch up on today's episode, your respect for Armaan will double, and it'll lighten up your mood too!

oh yes, as i have written elsewhere..i have fallen in luv all over again with armaan today after seeing the epi...what a man, standing tall among all men

riddz suffers from serious amnesia...she has almost kissed him on at least two occassions and almost confessed her luv as many times. and then she says she didnt give a chance...man, even in that jungle she cudnt have stopped him...and this woman slept peacefully while he sat outside...

we tend to blame shilpa sumtimes, but actually its the character who has no sense of history or memory...and i think her moral character is getting seriously compromised, and leading on armaan is getting to be a habit... this amazing has not been able to smile in the last 5 episodes...she needs to get cracking on her repentance act now..

In my opinion, there is no character like this with this kind of confusion. Riddhima's character has been entirely botched up thanks to creatives. The way she was introduced, a girl like that would never ever behave like how she is now behaving in the recent episodes.
The creatives are the ones penning their screenplay, they have completely botched her character up with absolute inconsistencies and total amnesia, I think if there really was a person like Riddhima she would'nt behave like this.
An argument can happen when both parties are having some logic in what they are saying, as far as Riddhima's character is concerned, one cannot argue against her or favor her because the character has been brainlessly mutated without any logic. So it is in the creatives hand to set the character right (which will take a lot of work from their end, they should really make her mature)

I think the creatives should make Riddhima bold enough now to apologize to Armaan for the fake rape and for accusing him baselessly too regarding his taking advantage and thank him for the times when he has stood by him.She should also be mature that when she says sorry she does not expect him to forgive him immediately, since he has been hurt very badly and to take his time and let her know whenever he has been able to get himself to forgive her whole heartedly and she should start to love him selflessly. If they did this it would be bringing the character back to her roots!!

Hi Divineself, you are so rite there..I hope they show her apologising sincerely for all the mess because she needs to. Whether Armaan forgives her or not is an entirely diff issue. But they shud show her apologising for sure....
