i just caught a glimpse of this show. could you please tell me briefly what this story is about and how it started and what's happening b/w the 2 main protagonists.

also, if you coul please gimme a little snapshot of how this program is a follow up of the old show sanjeevani. i mean how did this transition happend and all.
