I think it was Sapna who Gave the wrong medicine to the Patient because the Actress Muskaan Mihani ( Plays Sapna) wants to leave DMG anyways. And Dr. Keerti said whoever gave him the wrong treatment will have to leave Sanjeevani..So I guess she would be the most logical person.😊
Though i really like the character of Sapna.😳

Nope, it's Angie because if you connect both the promos, Armaan protecting Saps would not result in his love for Ridz. It's Angie, Ridz will protect her but Armi will choose to go aganist Ridz because he cannot go aganist his principles. It's Angie for sure 😃

PS: Muskaan is not leaving the show, the article said SHE might, but she isn't cause her track is back on. 😛

Yh I have this weird feeling as well that it is Anjali and Atul will take the blame to save her or something and I don't want him to do that! 😕 I don't want it to be Sapna..I hope its not Ridz and I'm glad that Armaan wasn't with them at that precise moment.. 😳 as he keeps getting into trouble anyway!! 😆 😳
