Believe it or not the had almost ended before AR werent got back to it.

Yeah compared to the silly Dupatta flying episodes and eyelock sessions, SR's was indeed far better story...What was there in your A----R track after Shilpa left??? 5 times a day Riddhima used to slip into Armaan's arms and 10 times a day, Riddhima's famous dupatta used to flutter and land on Armaan's face and then a song in the background...That's what your A-----R is all about...

In fact she herself has said she was a bigtime AR fan once upon a time!! But she got over them because she didnt like them anymore! Simple!!

And I would say thats the case for the majority of us!! We all started watching DMG and mostly all of us fell in love with AR!! So I dont know why you guys are saying we will never understand AR's love!!

And the point is we stopped liking them as a couple!! We all have our own reasons why but the point is we changed!

And thats why I and most of the others agree with Neetz and have every right to say why we dont think AR worked!! Because we were once fans!! And we got fed up of the whole eyelocks and dupatta romance and I for one wanted something more substantial in my couple and thats why I started liking SR and eventually fell in love with them more than AR!

So please dont tell us that we will never understand!!

Zeenia I was about to go I saw this so had to reply!

DMG for me was never about AR ever, be it KaSh, KaSu or KaJen. I watched them and the show for other reasons and I liked other things about the show and I also use to watch the show so I didn't have to watch Kayamath 😆! Then season 2 was out of habit and well Sid and the rest we all know....

Armaan and Riddhima I realised something about their characters reading this topic and something I discussed yesterday as to why Twilight was is such a huge success when its well crap. Same goes for AR why they were a success, I can't be bothered to explain why but lets say the CVs actually played it well till the end😆.

I know we don't understand AR because we never watched the show, excuse me that is the biggest load of lies, just because we don't like characters doesn't mean you stop watching the show I hate Lucas and Peyton in OTH as a couple never stopped me watching season 4 of the show! 😆

Anything we say we are bashing and instigating, well I never knew putting your opinion forward was bashing!

As for the show going to end in Dec 2009 I wish it had, but hey I really again can't be bothered to explain why the show would end if AR were together!

Neeta you wrote this? God this is an awesome piece of work and so true. Honestly,i loved the clarification you gave where you pointed out that they do not respect each other's nature and differences. That is very true. I hold nothing against them but what you said really clicked. The union just meant more nakhras and more manaofying from Armaan. Riddhima is a girl who never respected Armaan's wild streak which i must say i never liked. Being a modern and educated girl,she still could not make out that everyone has their own nature which no one can change and instead of constantly bickering about it,one should accept it gladly. However,Riddhima never appreciated this.

Secondly,there was no frienship between them. It was all just mushy love and this was a huge reason why they never clicked with me. Never did they discuss their problems or understand them. Riddhima always wanted a guy who would just do what she liked or disliked. No offence but she was like this. Also,it should be pointed out that love is rare in two indivisuals who hate each other in the beginning. It's very rare that they fall in love.
