I think she probably likes playing the character of Dr. Shilpa more. Dr. Shilpa is beautiful....outgoing...loving..a prankster...and seems to have something interesting happen to her all the time. Dr. riddhima was more quiet and reserved and more of the typical indian girl.

i lke Dr Shilpa. she is buddly, livley, prankster, outgoing, dressy, bt sweet at heart, naughty etc...its mre fun and lively whilst watchin her as Dr Shilpa and plus she's lke aaj ki kuri, whereas riddhima is quite, strick, traditional, hitler lolol noofence, even though she's sweet at heart. =P
