Just tell me one thing, what would you say about Shashank if after he came back supported AR??

I didnt, in all my posts I have always said he too is a human with a heart,like Sid is...like Riddhima is...Humans are bound to commit mistakes.But in this post I was not bashing Shashank, I was just trying to list out the things he did that messed things up even more for Riddhima...As a father, he could have done a great deal to save the whole situation.

If you dont agree with me, then is completely okay...

I respect People's opinions...

'Indebted' - that feeling actually never comes between a father n daughter.. No matter if she's adopted or not.. if a daughter does something for her dad, or goes with her dad's decision, that's becoz she respects and admires him from heart.. Not becoz she feels indebted.. At that particular point of time, If you have seen DMG from the start, Riddhima did feel at that time that shashank did adopt her only to do her mother a favour...She wasnt sure at that point of time that Shashank did really accept Riddhima as his daughter.

I did not say Riddhima STILL feels indebted to him...

Ofcourse, she does respect her father...

But if you have noticed, Riddhima felt at many times, that Shashank never understood her...

because he did not understand her during AR times...and even until the last episode she herself said to her father that, "Papa. aap kuch nahin jante, aap ne mujhe kabhi nahi samjha...har baar meri zindagi ke faisle aap karte aaye hain...mujhe se koi kabhi nai puchta ke muhe kya chahiye...lekin ab main apne zindagi ke faisle khud lungi...mujhe na Armaan chahiye na Sid..."

Hope you understood my POV...

But I respect your Opinions...⭐️

OK since u asked for it 😊Am playin the devil's advocate here...Dont think shanky offered ridhhima as a bait for starters - see u have to look at the whole situation n these pointers:

The first thing ridhhima does after comin back from panchgani - Screams Rape in front of the whole staff! There...1st damage done! This is a serious issue which dint need her to scream like this without gettin a medical check-up done
I agree wen u say tht u shudnt just lissen to one sister stella - actually i think wat the makers wanted to show was sis stella was representing tht section of the ppl in our society who will always blame a girl for something wrong tht has happened. yes it is sickening but its reality! Its just tht the chose to give the max dialogues to her but she was representing the whole staff of sanjeevani who wud definitely talk n such talks wud ruin the rep of no only his daughter, but his family, the hospital..so too much was at stake
The arrest - dont have to go into this - just another damage tht was done
The photo incident which shanky dint know about - another blow!
Paddy's insult - this was like a big blow wen ridhhima's blood was being called dirty etc. yet another blow!
Although for ridhhima, the final nail in the coffin was paddy's insult - coz b4 tht she had told shanky tht she wont marry sid i feel the final nail in the coffin was Billy n wat he told shanky
Now remember billy is armaan's father n wen he told shanky wat happened in panchgani, it was a purely objective view - if u remember their convo, he said i saw ridhhima's state - she has gone berserk aur agar usse nahi roka gaya toh woh paagal ho sakti hai! n he was right! he said hum armaan ko toh kho chuke hain par agar humne abhi kuch nahi kiya toh hum ridhhima ko bhi kho denge...he put the idea of marriage into shanky's head..y? coz just sending ridhhima away wud not have solved any problems..yes ppl wud ve forgotten bout the incidents n wud ve moved on..but wat bout ridhhima? she was a broken woman whose love had deserted her..she had nobody to go to..if she'd have been alone, she wud really have gone mad thinking bout armaan..she needed companionship, solace, understanding, comforting and something tht cud take her mind off armaan - and billy saw all these qualities in sid - he thot tht sid wud support her n be with her n mayb one day ridhhima wud move on n not lose her sanity

So i think it was not just 1 incident tht shanky asked ridhhima to marry sid...a lot if things were going against her..she was at the point of no return...
Plus u have to remember the convo between sid n shanky - he was a broken father who thought ridhhima's life is beyond repair now...in his helplessness he asked a question any father wud ask - who wud want to marry a girl like this - its only natural...

As for him thinking all was well between SR - i have to say SR especially Ridhhima did a very good job at making him believe this...Shanky hardly had interactions with SR - I can only remember 2 times wen he saw them after marriage - The Pagphera time wen rids kept a fast n everythin n anyone wud believe tht rids had accepted sid...ridhhima herself said tht this marriage was not a farce for her..
2nd during holi wen SR were dancing romantically..so...n yeah he did ask ridhhima a lot of times if everythin was ok...n she said yes..am sure he dint expect her to be on top of the world..just tht she shud accept this life n move on..they went on a honeymoon etc..so he safely assumed all is well 😊

And armaan was a closed chapter as far as shanky was concerned coz there was no hope of him returning now so dont think shanky was wrong to think tht its better for ridhhima to move on with someone who was ready to accept her with all her faults rather than lose her sanity over armaan.

Hope u understood my POV n we can have a healthy discussion bout this...will reply to the other points in a bit 😊

Thanks Angel😳 I know.. Asa she came across to that harsh reality, she felt bad and indebted.. But what she said after that that Shanky never understands her and all, I felt it's a very common day-to-day dialog gals have in their home aint it?😳 I mean.. never mind, how many times I tell this to my dad "U wont understand what I want"😆 Ummm.. Anyways I respect ur POV, and I know it may have diff approach to u😃 But I felt, sometimes gals think that Fathers dont understand them becoz of...... call it Generation Gap🥱😆

Thankoo sweetie.. will deffo read it.. But I must admit, Monish Behl is an outstanding actor aint he?⭐️😳

Yes, dear I completely agree that alll actors in DMG are a talented lot...😊

Be its KSG,Jenny,Karan Wahi, Monish Behl....n others...

Have nothing against the actors yaar...they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and getting paid for...All of them are really good actors...

Na, I dont think so...In real life...Fathers do understand what kids want...Its just that sometimes children only fail to realize their love...

But in case of DMG....The scenario is completely different...

The events between Riddhima n Shanky have been grave ones at times...

Hence, both Shanky and Riddhima are bound to have a feeling of betrayal somewhere....

The only thing I find wrong with Shanky is that he has thrusted his decisions many a times on Riddhima...He should give her atleast one chance to make her own decisions...

Apart from that, your opinions are respected dear...😊
