Gagan and Preeti will clarify more.

Warnings are given on individual member basis only.It will not affect (closing) a topic or an AT on the whole for what one member did. I am sorry that I said that in the warning in the KaJen AT. I have edited the warning.

Hi,

It is fine to say the show is crap as its a fictional show there is nothing wrong with that, but "CVs are disgusting" is making a character call so this will not be allowed.

In other words it would be ok to say a scene was disgusting, but saying CVs are disgusting is not ok.

I have made it pretty clear that a whole post will not have to suffer due to few members.

However, with appreciation threads if we notice that majority of the senior members of that fan club are discussing or bashing then we may have to take strict action against the entire AT. As majority are aware of the rules and its not just a few members creating havoc.

Once again I will clarify this.. if a few members are coming and breaking rules the whole AT will NOT suffer.

I am not aware of the entire situation you are talking about, but from what Veena has informed me ... she has clarified this issue in her note now?

I hope i have cleared the confusion of DT and the members?

I have a question. How is a moderator chosen by the DT?
Is there a particular procedure , like for example say : Being above 18 or The no of years on IF etc etc

Are the coolbies and viewbies given authority to raise the warning levels or close a topic?
( if the answer is yes, Can I assume because the channel moderator and the moderator cannot be around the forum all day , that is why the coolbies and viewbies are given the authority)

Thanks for the post Gagan.

I have a few questions though.

Hope you don't mind. 😳

How will we know if the warning level has been raised? Like you said that there is a WL meter. Where is that? Like is it on our profile, on our post or what?

And this question is in general.

Are we allowed to use code names or asterics in our fan-fics? If I'm not supposed to ask this question here, then please let me know. 😊
