Haven't followed much myself either, but I'll try to explain whatever I have managed to understand...
Apparently, Yuvi's given some presentation for opening a new dispensary, and he's proposed to get it inaugurated in the old Sanjeevani wing, where his brother's case was handled by Shashank, so he can take revenge. He's locked up Naina in some room so she can't stop him....Meanwhile, Shashank is all nostalgic and wishes for Armaan Riddhima to be back before the inauguration of the old wing....

And Tamanna is going to Canada with her fiance(don't remember his name) 😆and Sid is all sad and depressed.... I think she got engaged in yesterday's epi.....
And NO Atul..... Where is he????
