Shubs must be staring at Keerthi while she briefed the interns and when Keerthi called him he must have come back to conciousness (hehe!!) and must have started clearing his throat

or

this must the 2nd Apr episode where the trio must have just sung "Ishq Haye" ... he must have said... guys main ek senior doctor huun... thoda to respect do!! LOL

thanks shyams for the date
I rememebr it very well now....
Keerthi and Shub had a fire escape romance that day!!
And Riddhima and Armaan had spotted them and they mentioned about fireescape cleanliness
and then Atul says Keerthi's watch must have had problems and Sapna said she had timed it exactly by Keerthi's watch!!!
Oh I loved that scene!!
and while assigning the duties.... the way the interns gradually watched Shubs staring !! Haha!!
