Things should change a little.

Means how many time has Armaan become a patient?More than Dr I can say!

And all the patients never chage.What treatment is that?

I don't mean to critizise the show but I just mean that SOME NEW TWISTS SHOULD BE THERE.Coz all DMG fans want more and more fun!!
