well that man(he used to be a ward boy in a hostipital) prem was talking to said that this guy was a rich man and he gavemoney to the man to switch his stillborn baby with nandini's baby but, he soon realized that the baby was a girl and he wanted a boy. The man thought it was too late because he already told nandini's family that the baby was stillborn so he gave nandini's baby to an orphanage.
