The writers could have succeeded in garnering viewers support, had the title of the show could have been "love story of a surrogate".. Since the concept is surrogacy, many of us wished to see involvement of issues like ; the side effects and complications related to surrogacy or its benefits; seriously doubt if it has any. Teni's pangs her guilt in forsaking the right of her motherhood for material fulfillment. The reality is, we are getting to see, a surrogate, incidentally by way of some rituals, getting the chance to become a bride of her client. In Indian context, the rituals are significant for some very important relationships. It has got widespread social acceptance. There may be many who have no faith in rituals and customs. But then, they won't be undertaking the same for any reason whatsoever. For performing the rituals means, as per our societal and mental orientation, we have to abide by the reasons attached to it..
If Parth succumbs to his wife's emotionalism, applies sindoor to Teni, then her doldrums would take a severe turn, giving rise to many complications, both in her and PaRi's life too.. At one side she is struggling with her feelings for Parth. Making honest efforts to castaway the same from her thoughts. But, considering her mental and social and religious conditioning, she will really find it hard to reject and unfollow the significance attached with the rituals.
The cvs should take care not to mess up with the religious tenets, for this can cause them problem beyond repair. Till the time Parth was in Teni's thoughts, the matter was not disputed.. But creating conducive situations, that could mislead Teni to understand herself as Parth's bride through interpretations made by rituals, emboldens me to raise my voice against the inclusion of faulty scripts.
Now I can understand the" dilchasp rishta" denoted sensational rishta which could cause unexpected rise of events resulting in grave turmoil in three lives, the impact of which had not been examined in depth.
