Parth, as controverted by a handful of viewers, is solely interested in Teni for she is his surrogate. If this had been the truth, Parth would not have taken the trouble to prove her sanity in the falsely fabricated sex scandal. At best he could have adopted the legal path to release Teni if only he had felt for her as a surrogate.. It was for his genuine regards for Teni that Parth felt obliged, couldn't bear slightest stain on her chastity. Thus both Parth and Shorvori held Teni in the hollow of their hands, saving her grace and providing her the much needed protection in the hostile atmosphere.

Parth's feels humanely for Teni. He felt she is perfect for surrogacy as Teni being a freak and focussed would have no problem in accepting the bargain. Shourvari gradually developing an affectionate tie with Teni after their initial fallout and Parth comforting her as per his wife's wishes, Teni must be feeling secured. Can speculate,the marriage proposals as superfluous with an intent to showcase Teni's power packed performances, in view of the viewers fondness for her.

Parth as his character has been sketched, doesn't appear to be selfish or mean. He may not be perfect but the imperfection in him, gives the touch of reality.
