Pregnant miscarriage re pregnant in such a short notice

i have never heard of getting pregnant again in the same month as you got miscarriage. Doctors normally advice to relax and give some time to your Body.

I want to understand if this is possible biologically. Even a healthy person needs some time to recoup.

It's definitely possible. I've had a family member who was pregnant with twins and had a miscarriage at around 6 weeks. She got pregnant again 2 weeks later.

women uterus is more fertile after a miscarriage or delivery, so it is possible..

There is chance of carrying baby after miscarriage and that too less than in a month

But I consider that the portrayal of sequence was a little wrong...

Shorvori and parth had lost the baby and probably it shud be a day or two after the miscarriage that they were about to try...I found this a little unusual as I dont think so this is possible as a women will fall week both mentally and physically right after miscarriage.

It needs sometime before she conceives other kid,

So speaking technically...a day or two...is not right

The makers could have shown some time gap between miscarriage and conception. Cannot expect rational projecting of the events in a serial. However if the depiction was realistic viewers would have not only appreciated but also correlated with the same. Therefore we dismiss majority of daily soaps as a mere fiction with no semblance of reality.
