In the hospital lobby, Viraj is seated and surrounded by 3 police officers. We also see the same girl, named Ananya, on the stretcher as yesterday, pulled by the same guy who is revealed to be her friend, being taken to the OT. Doc asked that guy to have the girl's family to sign NOC but that guy insisted to sign it himself as no one is available from girl's family to sign at the moment. Doc agreed and reassured him and goes to the OT.
Scene shifts to Viraj on the same spot, is talking to himself as he puts his hand on his heart and felt the beat, that if his heart is beating, so should Jhanvi's too as they both are one. She's alive. 2 constables by his side start poking fun of him and called his mad. Viraj upon hearing this, grabbed both of them by collar and warned them not to call him mad. Both chocked and were rescued by hospital staff. In the process of controlling him, Viraj bumped into the same unknown guy who was with Ananya, dropping his file. That guy got angry and called Viraj mad. Viraj warned him. As that guy was about to reply back but ceased to as he saw Viraj's mental condition and watches Viraj as he is being taken away.
Scene at the hospital corridor from Viraj is passing by with the constables. In a certain room, Doc and nurse are talking about how one heart can gives a life to another person. He paused outside the door where Jhanvi's heart was put in a glass box. He felt Jhanvi's presence and yelled for her as he walks away.
At the OT, a panel of doctors is conducting the operation on Ananya and once they're done, congratulated each other for operation being successful.
At the Police station, commissioner inquiring from half-conscious Viraj about something to which another officer explained that he's quite in shock by Sia/Jhanvi's death. He expressed his fear of Viraj being innocent as he loved Jhanvi to the core, so how can he kill her. While they're discussing, Viraj's lawyer enters and asked them to release Viraj as he's innocent, that's why court granted him bail. He further added that Sia has been not in a good condition ever since Raghav's demise so she must have consumed poison, to which Viraj came with an antidote, upon Sia's call. Commissioner looked convinced. Viraj is shown singing Hamain tumse pyar kitna song, lying on the wooden bench.
At the hospital, doc informed Singh parivar about the successful heart transplantation and told them to wait for a while till body is handed over to them. Sundar insisted them to go home. Sia's stretcher and Ananya's stretchers are shown taken side by side, their hands touched each others, Singh family looks at Sia's body helplessly as she's taken away.
At the Singh mansion, everybody is sitting infront of the Sia's garlanded photo, Sundar joins them. At the outside of the hospital, Sia's body is being put into the ambulance and is driven away by none other then Viraj. He turns around as he drives, and looks at Sia's body. On his way, he saw the same guy with Ananya and tried to bump him off, but that guy moved away. Viraj notices the ambulance staff and stops it at a deserted place. He gets off the van. The crew inquired about the wrong way they're headed to which Viraj gave an excuse of roads being blocked due to a political rally. Viraj required their assistance and asked them to fetch the water from somewhere. They both went off. Viraj then opens the ambulance door and started talking to Sia's body that he's here now to protect her and he wills ave her. He carried Jhanvi out of the van and drove with her his bike (I guess its his new bike).
At Singh mansion, Gayatari asked T about Uma's condition. She told her it's the same. Gayatari then asked Sundar to call hospital when Sia's body will reach here. Sundar called the hospital and got a shocking reply, he told over the phone that they'll reach there as soon as possible.
