Episode starts with Viraj finally giving the antidote to the guy and is amazed by the specific time frame in which antidote is effective and thus saving the snake charmer guy. At the Singh mansion, Gayatari and Tanisha escorting Sia to her room and decided to leave her alone and take her to the doctor tomorrow for a check up as they don't know what she has suffered through.
At the snake charmer place, he regained senses and his breath and complained to Viraj as to why he didn't he give him antidote under a minute, to which Viraj confessed that he lied and wanted to see the extent of this poison. Viraj decided to give this poison to Jhanvi if she refused to be with him.
At the Singh mansion, Gayatari, Tanisha and sundar preparing to goto their respective room suddenly fire alarm goes off. Everybody panics and Sundar rushes towards a room with a fire extinguisher in his hand. Inside the smoky room, Raghav and Sia's photo is on fire and all three of them got breathless. Viraj is shown locking the same from outside. Everyone inside yells for Sia to unlock them. On the other hand, Sia is pacing in her room with a cream color sari on and drying her hair. She's recalling all the moments/events with raghav including their name embossing on the bench, rain dance and his death scenes. She came to present upon hearing Tanisha's screams. Sia rushes to search them but is shocked to see Viraj coming down the stairs, him wearing the same white sweatshirt on as is shown in the montage. In the fire room, everybody faints. Viraj is then shown sitting down on the sofa, Sia questions about her family members. Viraj shuts her up and said these people are nothing to you as Raghav is no more, so you're so called relationship ends with them as well. Sia assured him that she shares a relationship bonded with heart. "That's exactly what I' saying", replied Viraj as he gets up, walk towards her and lean over her against the wall. Sia looks disgusted by him. Viraj continues you can't kill me as I'm your shadow and I'll be here until you're alive, this is called a pure relationship. He further adds "I am here to mend our relationship which is connected with our lives. Raghav taught us to love…" Sia interrupted and warned him not to take Raghav's name, "Raghav taught me how to live and love but she can't feel the same for Viraj". Viraj smirked and rubbished her take. Viraj said the Jhanvi inside Sia loves him but this Sia is not letting her come out in the open. Sia told him to think whatever he could as this is your answer in a failed attempt to erase R's memory from my mind, which didn't work. She adds, No pain inflicted by Viraj upon her would work and budge her inch from her statement. Viraj is adamant and reiterates that it's the doctors who failed to do their task but is never too late. He is determined to make her realize her love for him. Sia refused to acknowledge this to which Viraj dragged her to the sofa, saying that you're lying. He leans over her and inquired her why she betrayed him by trying to kill him at the farm house. Sia replied that she's already killed the Viraj Dobriyal and the one standing infront of her is evil which will come to an end eventually. Viraj yells at her that she can never kill him. Fear is greater then death and she will has to experience that fear as he takes a syringe out. Sia is shocked and speechless. He explained her that it is poison and she must not compel him to inject it in her body. Viraj asked her to chant "I love Viraj", but instead she said "I love Raghav", much to Viraj's frustration. Viraj slapped her and she fell onto the floor. Camera now pan towards the fire room where Sundar regains senses and he peeps through keyhole and spots Viraj with Sia. He awakes Gayatari and Tanisha as well and they looked horrified upon looking at Viraj through the hole. Viraj in the hall and finally injects the syringe fully into Sia's arm while Gayatari looked helplessly. Viraj puts the hourglass and places it by Sia. Viraj again pleaded her to confess her love for him, but in vain. He then blackmailed her by showing her the antidote for the poison. Sia's condition deteriorates but still told him he will soon meet his Raghav and Viraj will still lose her. She then takes the antidote bottle from Viraj's hand and throws it away from Viraj's sight. Viraj yelled in a state of shock as it was the only way to save Sia. She continues that goodness won and evil lost while Viraj searches maniacally for the antidote. At the end, Sia faints and Viraj screams for her. NO PRECAP.
