Episode starts with people lifting Raghav's body to taken to the Shamshan Ghat/pyre site. Sia walks along them but is stopped by Sudha, that only men are allowed at the Ghat, not women as it looks odd in our society. Sia answered I don't care about the society, I only remember my promise to R to be by his side and support him through thick and thin. Gayatri allowed her to accompany them.
Scene shifts to the Jail where Viraj woke up as Rana is being thrown into the cell. Rana smirked at Viraj while Viraj gave him a stern look. As Viraj is sipping water, R start "what a coincidence, we met 1 year ago in different circumstances, only difference is we're in jail and Together". "One more difference", Viraj interrupted, "You were ACP back then, and now just a criminal". "So are YOU", Rana said. "And a hardcore one". Rana stand up and salutes Viraj, appreciating him for murdering Raghav. Viraj denies abruprtly to which R asked him to stop this drama as Jhanvi is not here and consider me your friend. Viraj refused to acknowledge R as his friend and confronted R that to frame me, you killed Raghav. Viraj grabbed Rana by the collar, punched him. Rana pushed Viraj away and refused to accept that he killed Raghav. Brawl started n stretched for a while. Viraj complained that first you sent me to mental asylum and now you framed me for killing Raghav, Rana replied as "I did regress you into a child by giving shock treatment as you won't be able to tell my real self to the world and now I am going to kill u. As soon as Rana finished saying this, Commissioner with Viraj's lawyer and Human rights person, comes in and upon hearing Rana's confession, takes him into custody. Rana freed himself and rushed towards Viraj, to which Viraj revealed that it was a plan devised for Rana to spit out the truth of getting shock treatment for that reason. As Rana is being taken away, Viraj asked the commissioner to make Rana accept Raghav's murder too.
Scene shifts where Viraj is sitting in the Magistrate's office along with commissioner, his lawyers and the old guy from HR. Viraj explained him the wrong has been inflicted upon by the same policemen who were supposed to be law protector and asks for a bail and psychiatrists's treatment to which commissioner refused. Viraj pleaded and magistrate sanctions his bail upon the conditions that a weekly progress report to be submitted by the psychiatrist, Viraj can't leave this city and a certificate of mental health upon completion of sessions. Viraj looked victoriously at the commissioner and takes off a shawl from HR's shoulder, putting on his and caressing it.
Scene is at the shamshan ghat, Sia is standing infront of Raghav's pyre. Sudha asks SIa to leave but she denied, wanting to stay alone with Raghav for a while. Everyone leave so does Singh parivar. Sia is now standing alone and right in the forefront on top of the rocks, Viraj is standing with the same shawl on, jumped and made his way through the rocks, towards Sia. As Sia notices him, Viraj offered his condolence and is worried about her life. As Sia tries to walk away, Viraj grabbed her by the arm. He goes on that Raghav came in her life for a reason so that I would realize my mistake and come back in your life for lifelong. Sia gave him a stern look. Viraj emphasized on that whatever has happened was and is destiny and he's alive today because God wants him to be with Sia. Upon hearing this, Sia rebuked, said, I'll be the one murdering you and that would be Your destiny. Sia continues that death can't part them away and Raghav is there all the time, I will be contented the day I lit your pyre. Viraj is shocked to hear this while Sia walks away.
Sia walks into the Singh mansion where everyone is sitting infront of the Raghav's garlanded photo. Sia asked for Krish which Tanisha replied that Krish had been crying and asking for his chachu's return, so she put him to sleep. Sia consoled Tanisha, and with a firm attitude, asked everybody in the family to promise not to cry ever again as it hurts Raghav's soul. She felt determined to punish Viraj for his deeds. Sundar intervned that it won't be possible as the evidences are proving Viraj innocent and the murderer is somebody else. Sia rubbished this explanation. Gayatari walk upto Sia and explained her we can't take any action until we get solid proof against Viraj, Sia being adamant of Raghav getting justice and Viraj being behind the bars soon. She directed Sundar of taking care of office while she looks after the house chores. Sia takes off the garland from Raghav's photo and talk to his photo.
Scene is now in Viraj;s room I guess, of him lying with his skull stick. A man walks in, pleading that it was a mitake, we just wanted to scare Raghav but our one of the men accidently shot him. Viraj gestured him to get up. "How easily can you say it was a mistake, you killed him and it was just a MISTAKE", Viraj knocked him and went upto the man, pounded on his hand with his foot and said you guys removed all the proofs that indicated Raghav's murder and how am I gonnna prove my innocence! Viraj also revealed the he sent those men off to scare Raghav, not to kill him, which led Jhanvi to hate him more. As two men walks in, Viraj ordered them to take this man away and he talks to himself to Jhanvi come back as Raghav is gone now.
