Viraj was telling the police that they can't arrest him, as he was violent against Jhanvi but the woman in front of him is Sia, and Jhanvi is dead. But why does it matter who it was against?
In India do you only go to jail, if the person you attacked is still alive and they are the person who gives a complaint to the police?
This is a genuine question, as I was confused as to why Viraj thought he couldn't be arrested.
Isn't the fact he committed a crime more than enough reason to arrest him?
