OK I have one confusion.. Iam from Kerala..here after doing marriage ...bride and groom needs to sign in wedding register then only they will get marriage certificates..simply Tying mangal sutra ,putting sindoor and doing pheras is not a complete marriage here.if u want to legalize it u needs to sign in wedding register book .before signing u needs to complete so many procedures also here.. Like we needs to submit wedding card and all..
