Life

Had put me down

Had shown me my place

I've tried to walk away

I've tried to stay

I didn't know

Where to go

What to do

Who's my friend

Who's my foe

I guess

I found what

I've been looking for

The blindfold is off

All is clear

The whole time

All answers were here

Oh

How I was drowned

By

My own ignorance

Held onto

All but

Life's relevance

Now

I'm illuminated inside

Gone

Are the days

That

I hid in

The night
