Are Anika and Gauri sisters?

There's an article on IF about shivaay coming across Gauri while digging into Anika's past-suggesting that there may be a connection between the two.

Am guessing nobody can actually give this answer for sure... Initially the track was that Gauri is Aanikas sister and so Gauris background in DBO has been set that she's from an orphange and was adopted when she was small... but now there's a rumour ( not even an actual rumour but a speculation ) that Rudras new lead will be Aanikas chutki though I personally don't think that is true as first we don't know how the new FL is going to be accepted and secondly what really happens in the future as Rudras track has not even started neither is there any official announcement of his new female lead...
I think the CVs still have not decided on this themselves and as Fans we should also for now stop speculating on this part and leave for the makers of the show to decide the future story...
Also right now DBO has just started and Rikara story has not even began let's Concentrate on that for now... Let Omkaara and Gauris love track begin... It's just too early to make any predictions or assumptions as to who will be Aanikas sister and then there will also be unnecessary arguments and conflicts between fans of both the shows...
Let's leave it to the makers to decide on that and enjoy and concentrate on Wats happening in the next couple of weeks...
We have a lot of interesting tracks coming up in the next couple of weeks like Gauris revelation, Omkaara reaction on knowing Chulbuls reality... KT track... Bareilly track and also most important will be OmGauris love story for which the Fans have waited early for months now...
So let's enjoy that in peace for now instead of making speculations on things that are not in our hands..,.

Am ok with anything honestly as long as they don't spoil Rikara love story... I want proper SS for Rikara and also equal importance as main leads of the show... That's all...
Then even if Aanika and Gauri are sisters I don't care then...
Just want Rikara to have equal importance and SS in whatever they do...

if gauri is annika's sister, the plot won't be coming anytime soon...i think it would come eventually in ishqbaaz, as a rift between shivika at a later time...depending on gaurika status quo at that point
