End of the day Gul Khan is yet another boss that plays favourites among her employees. This is the worst type of boss you can get. I had one like that a number of years ago and she was the worst Boss I ever worked with. She had 3 favourites. 2 of them were not even that good at their job. She always gave them the projects, nominated them for outperformance awards, and no matter what a great job any of us did, she never gave us our due.

I hated that B and she ruined people's careers. After having experienced it personally, I Know how it feels when you are not given your due. When you and your colleagues have to suffer coz your horrible and unproffesional Boss doesn't know how to treat all her employees according to their Merit, and not according to HER preferences! Such bosses are a huge liability to companies, coz they drive good people away! The same is true of Gul Khan. She is just a horrible Boss who doesn't treat her employees equally or fairly. She picks a few people and indulges their every whim. Give them too much and give the other too less!

So in my eyes GK is a bad Boss and after having worked with one, I know how it feels. When I watched IPK my Boss was great. It was the one right after that, who was like GK. Now I just loath the type! That is why I hope Neha gets the BEST, and GK gets to fall flat on her face for what she did to her. I hope this new Pathali actress is not accepted so readily. Let's wait and see!

Mandy I have said multiple times that Saumya has been worse than Ishana, and I truly mean that.

Ishana had a pathetic characterization but Saumya had no characterization, we had seen the entire family of Ishana but for Saumya we just knew that her brother died n mother was a nurse n nothing else

Ishana had lack of SS they hardly showed her (even when she was the supposed heroine) but whatever little they showed the scenes were her scenes and all the scenes she was present revolved around her both Om n Riddhima only talked about her but for Saumya she was mostly a back ground prop in most of her scenes, probably even after being 10 months in the show I think Saumya had less meaningful individual scenes (not discussing about Shivika) in IB (exuding the DBO plane scenes) than Ishana had in a month and half

Rudra story starts...finally. It only took them months 👏

He should have been shown on both shows especially since DBO was supposed to be his show too so I hope Lee finally gets his due now. .The writers are extremely bad at their job, but still I'll take 5 minutes an episode if the scenes are just dedicated to him and his track. He could workout or go on dates with hot girls... I don't care as long as its only about him. I'm so tired of him being used as a plot device everywhere. Him, Prinku, and Daadi need regular exposure on both shows. It's like Prinku doesn't even belong to her family anymore.

I'm upset at the possibility of Neha being replaced. This is my first gul show and honestly it doesn't look good for Saumya considering what happened to Ishana. No expectations, but Neha is so sweet and talented I'm hoping Rumya is the end game. The new girl can be the third-wheel in the story for TRP reasons, but it would suck if Rumya can't end before it started.

I have seen 3 other GK shows. Dont ever expect her to do justice to the story she intended to tell, or the pairings. She is a sadist. If you ask her for something, she will pretend to give it to you, and then withdraw it totally. I think there is something wrong with her mentality. I kid you not. She needs help.

So I suggest you not have high expectations from a Rudra track or a love story for him. (which judging by what they have done so far can only be lame), or Rumya to be end game. I hope for your sake you get what you expect, but I know GK shows and her attitude, so I can safely bet non of what we want is going to happen.

I think saumya may come back since she is gul loyalist. But i'm not sure if RuMya will be end game. Why are they not in SPA video when Rudra is also there? It may depend on viewers accepting or rejecting the new girl.

Sau baat ki ek baat did Gul ever consider Rumya as leads??She sidelined Rudra to be a character for comic relief and Saumya was practically non existent.Shivika and Rikara have O Jaana and O Saathiya.But Rumya don't even have a song of their own.

Knowing Gul Khan she had probably never planned anything for Rumya.They were probably there to act like cheerleaders.I bet she had never expected that Rumya would become so popular.

Okay so she is planning to begin Rudra's love story to give him importance.But she should know it very well that Rudra's fans are not only his fans but they are Saumya's fans too.They don't want Rudy's love story with any XYZ girl but with Saumya and by Saumya I mean Neha.

If Gul believes that in order to be a lead you have to be skinny then it proves that she is sick.Moreover she doesn't deserve Neha at all.I can't believe I am saying this but in this matter Ekta is better.Atleast she treats her employees well.She rewards those who have been loyal to her.

I agree with you when it comes to rewarding loyalty EK is a lot better. A lot of her actors have stuck by her for years and she has stuck by them too. Since she has so many shows you see a lot of her actors being repeated. There are many EK writers who have branched out on their own too, and done fairly good shows. I think EK is a good mentor. Not someone who just pushes you under the bus for her benefit.

My question is, if Gul thinks being "thin" is the requirement of a female lead, then why did she "create" a character like Saumya who was opposite to that? Her character was to be the foil for Rudra's character. But we know that she didn't really stick to either Om's or Rudra's stories properly. She only ever had one story planned. The rest was all up in the air, and I think she really hoped no one would care about the other two brothers. But unfortunately for her the guys were very popular, so she has to do something, and this is what she's doing. LOL

Rumya do have their own song. The musical version and a slow version plays in their scenes. But they do have a song. GK herself debuted it on her IG. (Back when she still cared about Rumya as a pairing) which she clearly no longer does! I agree if Rumya were going to be End Game there was no need to exclude Saumya from SPA and have Rudra paired up with Dadi? Lol. That in itself says that they are trying to introduce this new Thin Girl and see how she is accepted before they make a final call on Rumya. What I am feeling is that Neha is the "fall guy" in this. Unfortunately she is being punished for the lack of talent of the writers to do anything new or fresh! SP are so boring and regressive. They should learn from Sony who have 100% better content and they are bold enough to push the envelop. That's why now they are making waves in the digital space, and they deserve it. My first Sony show was Reporters, and I never looked back since. Saw 2 more last year and currently watching 2 more.
