Because at least Katrina is just an item girl in the film. Priyanka is supposed to be playing a character that's not a type of character that would go have a bunch of obvious procedures done or her face.

Sheesh. i saw the Sree Ganesha 2 minute song promo. (It's a bit of a let down because we don't see much dancing, but nevertheless still beautiful to an amazing song.) And I was just... this girl... looks totally out of place, and it's so distracting.
