It make's perfect sense to me cause I use to live for the superbowl commercials too. Ggrowing up I couldn't wait for the show to go to commercials cause I know I'll be laughing my butt off 🤣. I went to Crackel Barrel the other day and they had a DVD of old funny commercials in different era. There are some on YT too.🤣

Because they're old. I remember them not because I had seen them when it aired, but because of VH1's I Love the 80s. 😆

Yup. Superbowl commercials are no longer what they used to be. I haven't even watched the SB in a few years. The ads are not as good, there are only a few good ones, and you can see those the next day online. And Football is not as exciting to me anymore (though the rest of the country disagrees, but if it's not a good defensive game I'm not really all that interested, and it's been a few years since that was the case in a SB.)
