malik was also paralysed by veer but on hearing agni talk abt revenge malik tries hard and gets up to go and fight with veer so why cant dharam gather up his strength similarly😕

Dharam lost strength of both his legs.. whereas Malik still has one side intact.. so he can get up from bed..
