I last saw a pic of Mohit Puja and Mouni together on Puja's birthday...

I too went office and worked like a super woman without eating and drinking any drop of water 😃

in 5th standard to i used to wonder how people can skip meals, and the concept fasting went above my head😕 I thought only superman can fast and my mom grany all are superwomen of course 😆

the only fast I had then was Mahastami Anjali of Durgapuja and Saraswati Puja [ both of this gets over in the morning itself]😆

one year I even started eating biscuit before Mahastami anjali because that year the anjali was on 11 am, which was too much for me 😆

My mom too is great lady she loves fasting and though we are non veg [because I m Bengali, I am born non veg] my mom eats veg most days in the year..

well but now along with Shivratri, I fast on Durgapuja mahaastami upto Mahanavami sandhi puja, which is more than a complete day, because Sandhipuja occurs at late night of Mahastami...

another is Kali Puja [but I do Kali Puja upvas whenever it happens at my home] Kali Puja upvas is the toughest one...

and now Saraswati Puja fast do not feel like fast to mee, the puja gets complete before breakfast time 😆

P.S:- Why you are not foodie???? in India great veg dishes are available, and paneer tastes awesome yaar...😃 I have it on every Saturday becoz that's a strict veg day at home

😊yes,i do love paneer. actually, i like having foods, but always in a less quantity.😊 my mom is also Bengali and papa is an Assamese.😊😲they are not vegs, but have non-vegs very rarely , only twice a month, because of my elder sister and me, because we two are complete vegetarians😊😊 and yes Panchaali, we did not feel any problem in keeping fast, because of the spiritual strength, which fasting provides, as Gandhiji said😃😃👏👏 claps for everyone of us who kept fast .😉 Har Har Mahadev...⭐️⭐️

Guys please give me link of any discussion or resource explaining why Sati had to die.

Why Daksh's life was restored but not Sati's? Her death leaves me with loads of questions!

atominis, the reason why Sati had to die was because she felt that she was born of the hateful seed of Daksh a Dakshayani which was the reason for all her ego that she disobeyed and even insulted her Mahadev to come to her father's yagna. She felt she did not deserve to go back to Mahadev after that. She became the supreme sacrifice of her father's great yagna.
It was not possible to resurrect her but when Mahadev cut of Daksh's head his ego was destroyed completely and he got a goats head because his head the ahem was destroyed in the sacrificial fire. But the ridiculous thing is in Parvati era at the request of Parvati Mahadev gives him back his original head which than nullifies the whole theory I would say many blunders of DKDM 😆
