just watching for entertainment - cause it's quite obvious it's not following any purana's - Sati's entry will be a treat for me👏. Also I appreciate the fact that they try to bring some moral values into the stories which I think is lacking in today's society.

After all evry show runs fr money.. its the part of the game and expecting morality frm a show jst because its Mythological.. i don't see any logic in it.. at the end of the day we watch it because it has given us a reason to think abt ourselves something tht other mytho shows hd hardly offered..!!
there were shows in the past tht Just told the story frm our Purans.. then thre is DKDM tht not only tells a story, bt also makes us wonder abt the rationale behind the story

DKDM makes us think atleast.. and tht's the biggest success of the show

i think you guys have a point...i mean by trashing lakulesh incessantly, we're not behaving any different from him...or maybe, we're behaving like karthikeya here...just not wanting to see & understand the other side...

...maybe years / decades/ centuries of meditation has incapacitated lakulesh's mind slightly... he's come out of meditation after so long...so it's obviously an insurmountable task to handle and accept such dramatic changes... maybe we should wait for the story to unfold a bit more...

and i agree that there's absolutely nothing wrong or devious about love or romance or even a certain 3 letter word that starts with an "s"...but you know, @kaatayani, we as a society have always loved to project ourselves as a group of self-righteous, high on morals, holier-than-thou people...that's why , one sees so many "traditionalists/moralists" jumping at every given opportunity to trash the west over their openness about these things... when the topic veers towards love or romance or the much frowned upon "s" word, we absolutely love to accuse the west & their culture for ruining our morals & casting such a horrible influence on our society... but therein lies the paradox... considering so many of our religious texts discusses these topics freely...without being judgemental... without a shred of impunity...

After watching Mahabharat being murdered on star Plus, I am not complaining about DkDM.
In fact my respect for DKDM has increased manifold. DKDM will continue to remain one of the better mythologicals to have been ever shown on television

hello everyone. first of all let me introduce myself . my name is debby

Actually the present culture of India( dont take it personally) counts Love as a western concept. Its totally wrong. God created everything with love. And if romance s vulgar how do we digest Shri krishnas ras leela? India mythology depicts love with respect , be it ramayana or be it mahabharata. the romance bwteen shiva and parvati is very much logical.
