It all depends of their understanding & interpretataion of Ma Kali. They are showing Parvati takes her Kali form whenever required. These Aghories are shown waiting for her to be back in that form so she can grant them power. It's a wrong portrayal. As Makhakali, she is always with Mahakal, noone needs to wait for a reason to take her that form. One can easily connect with Mahakali by just calling her Ma. Ramakrishna Paramhans while offering her Bhog, used to just say Ma with devotion & she used to come.
