So far so good but super twist would be if Mohit comes in the roop of Jalandhar is giving me a high just thinking about it. Hoping for the best😃

I will hit the library this week, probably Monday, and see if I can find any references to this sort of thing in the texts available. Right now I think they made this character up to perhaps be a maternal figure to Jalandhar. Don't think there are any merpeople characters in the texts.

In any case, they really need to be more careful with the names. They already had Parvati in the 'Matsya' avatar a while back. Then they created a South Indian character and gave her the name Meenakshi which confused people because there is an actual legend of Parvati incarnating as Meenakshi but here Meenakshi was a separate human character. And now this Matsyakanya.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mohit plays Jalandhar though since he did emerge from Shiva's energy. Remember how Mahadev created Veerabhadra and Bhairava and Mohit played those roles.

Thats great. I would love to see it. And Raavan track is postponed I guess. Finally we will get to see a track focusing only on the leads. Few months the kids ruled the show.😆

All speculations put to rest Mohit is back as Jalandhar a grey character which is going to be the best part. MatsyaKanya is still a mystery a fictional character from DKDM puran. But as long as it makes for a good watch it should be ok. Parvati is a good actress have seen bits of her in her other shows. 😊
