JAGATPITA AND JAGAT MATA

Narda placed with great reverence and devotion the Coconut which was brown all over with no eyes, the Vein less Betel leaf and the Stumpless Sugar cane on a silver plate and raised it high above his head for all the people to bear witness,

The 3 three strange things requested by Shakthi has been brought. They will be placed in the temple for everyone to see and touch. It will remain there for three days and three nights.

If everyone is satisfied that they are authentic, only then will Shakthi touch and examine it.

For three days and nights, millions walked to the temple to touch with supreme devotion, the three incredible things.

Some touched, some stood in prayer, some were in tears, but everyone knew they were standing in front of something divine.

Shakthi sat still, in deep prayer, her eyes closed, her mind open, and within resided Shiva.

Shiva sat in meditation, and within his open mind, resided Shakthi.

They both waited.

As the first rays of the sun touched the earth on the fourth, the sound of Conch echoed. In the early morning calmness, it gently called the people of the land.

Narda and Nandi stood on dais,Shiva stood on one side and Shakthi on the other.

Below them the crowd waited patiently. They were in the presence of two celestial divinities.

Shakthi gently walked towards the silver plate.

Shiva watched her, with warmth and a faint look of sadness on his serene face.

She stood looking at the things on the silver platter.

For her, each of them represented Shiva and Shakthi

She picked up the Sriphalaa, it was perfectly round, she closed her eyes, and she visualized the 3 eyes of Mahadev. The two physical eyes saw the past and the present, and his third eye the sva-netra was the Ajna Chakra.

Ajna the eye of intuition. When something is seen in the minds eye, or in a dream, it is being 'seen' by Ajna.

That is where she sat as Hakini Shakthi, imparting knowledge of unconditional truth, the awareness of nonduality.

She held the Ikshuphalam, she became Kamakshi, Kamakaya, Tripura Sundari, the goddess of desire, The sugarcane was her Bow of love and passion.

Tambulajapattra was her, the Kundalini that surges through every living creature. The Veins of the betel leaf were the Nadis through which the life force (prana) circulate.

Each of them Symbolised Shiva and Shakthi separately and together they combined to become ARDANARESHWARA.

Her face emitted a brilliant light, the sun paled in her presence.

She looked towards Narda, and inclined her head in a sign of acceptance.

Narda bowed from his waist down.

Amma Parashakthi, I understand.

Shakthi has found her Shiva, he spoke to the waiting crowd.

You are all blessed, the Divine Union of Shiva and Shakthi will take place here in the Nanjil Nadu, this holy land will forever be worshipped.

Shakthi gestured towards Narda as he spoke.

Both Narda and Mahadev looked towards her questioningly.

Her eyes sparkled, her lips arched, as she whispered a few words to Narda.

Narda, smiled, nodded, knitted his eyes brows, looked confused, murmered Narayana Narayana

As you wish Thayye , he bowed, and looked towards Shiva

Shiva already understood her request and nodded his approval.

Narda once more addressed the people.

Shakthi has one small wish,

Mahamayya has to enter Nanjil Nadu before the first ray of sun touches the earth and before the cock crows to wed her.

Hara smiled on, knowing what awaited them.

Uma smiled, she too knew.

They were Jagatpita and Jagatmata, for them their children always came first.

They stood looking at the people as loving parents, their thoughts were one,

Evil had to be destroyed.

it seemed like i am reading a spiritual book..so mahadev and shaktiboth kne they won't b together..and how beautifully you described the relation of shiva and shakti..i am waiting for the tragedy..update soon
