Well he is hot because he portrays a God's Character who partook the poison and Kheer(made by her daughter) with the same ease.And than said "mere liye dono saman hai".👏He is a perfectionist. And last but not least 😉after taking poison he had to take kheer.So he got some temperature(false) to escape to consume that kheer.May be that is why he is so hot.😆
