Interesting!

What a cycle of fate!Daksha's daughter Swadha was Maina's mom.Sati was Maina's aunt in her previous birth.But in her next birth,she became Maina's daughter.

Thanks for sharing but the story seems to be mixed up= you mention first that Maina the daughter of Swadha and Pitras got the curse from the sages but was then pardoned with the blessing that IN HER NEXT BIRTH she would be the wife of Himavat and have Parvati- hence how could she be the daughter of Pitras again?

Was she the daughter of someone else?

I have heard that Maina was not formed of five elements ( which is what Daksh and Sati were) but of three elements- water, ether and air. That would also then distance Maina from Daksh
