The episode was good. Narvekar and Dhwani go to the hospital to take Aarti's final statement...and she gives the exact statement (as if she has learned it by heart). Dev watches both her statements simultaneously and suddenly his brain lights up and he calls Dhwani to confirm whether Aarti's second statement is edited or not...and she tells him it's not. After knowing this, Dev's sure that Aarti is lying. Dhwani tries to convince him otherwise but Narvekar comes there and takes the phone from her and tells Dev that if you want any sort of information related to the case you can ask me...DevAni get mum after this so Narvekar says looks like two thieves have been caught...but Dev says only one, because Dhwani did all this on my instruction and after some blah blah Narvekar is about to hang up on him but he stops when Dev tells him that Aarti is lying.
Just like Dhwani, Narvekar also defends Aarti by telling Dev that all the proofs are against Parag but he gets (partially) convinced when Dev tells him that there were no self-defence marks on Parag's body as his hands were either tied or held by someone. Narvekar agrees to provide Dev CCTV footage and residents vehical ownership details to Dev. And at the end of the scene he breaks Dhwani's phone by throwing it on ground as a punishment for lying to him...itna acha phone cover tod diya kharoos ne 😡
That package is delivered at the police station but thankfully Narvekar recognizes the tick tick sound on time and throws it out in the nick of time. But the b*mb doesn't harm anyone as it was filled with colourful streamers instead of nails. Narvekar sends the box for forensic testing and reads the letter. The letter says 'this time it was just a joke but next time the b*mb will surely kill someone, i am the one who prepared b*mbs for Meera and Mehek. I have the evidence that only Mehek is responsible for Meera's death, I will give you that evidence and i want Mehek in return. If you fail to do that, i will continue sending such parcels". Narvekar strictly warns Dhwani not to share this information with Dev, otherwise he will put her behind bars and then even her barrister dad won't be able to save her.
Mehek wakes up from a bad dream saying 'i won't let anything happen to you Dev'. She hears Dhwani talking to Dev and tries to get up when she feels pain in her tummy, she places a hand over her non-existent baby bump (😛) and assures her baby that only you and I have a right on your dad
Dhwani prepares coffee for Dev and Mehek intentionally doesn't tell her that Dev doesn't like it...later on Mehek brings tea for Dev and says how would Dhwani know your likes and dislikes...and for the first time Dhwani is a lil annoyed at her.
DevAni go through the CCTV footage and note down the numbers of 103 cars and out of that only 1 car doesn't belong to the residents. Mehek keeps an eye on them and says "Dhwani you have your eyes on Dev and I have mine on you, I will never let you take my place" Oh god this crazyy woman
Zohra Aapa tells Dev to take a break from work and also reminds him not to forget what she told him yesterday (about Mehek) and he sweetly tells her 'jo hukum meri Aapa' 😳
Narvekar discusses the letter with his sub-ordinates and tells them that the b*mber just wants to get to Mehek through him but Kelkar says what if he actually has a proof against Mehek...to which Narvekar says this is the game, proof or no proof, the b*mber clearly knows that Mehek is a suspect in Meera's case...so he is using that information. Tambe says this is about Mehek so we should share it with Dev but Narvekar disagrees as he thinks that Dev can do anything. He orders Kelkar to contact commissioner office for tapping Mehek's phone.
It's night time and Dev is still checking out the CCTV footage while Dhwani has fallen asleep on the chair...she's having a dream regarding Narvekar's warning and says Dad please save me...Dev will save me. Dev places a blanket over her and she holds his hand...and at the same time, Mehek enters the room.
In the precap...Narvekar argues that it can be a coincidence but Dev says 'aik ho toh itefaq, bohat sare itefaq toh saazish'
Dev confronts Mehek about her involvement in Meera's death and says...you know the b*mber and you knew that Meera will die in that blast but you didn't do anything because you wanted Meera to die.
