Quite possible even m thinking same plus it was mehek only who gave him mobile & he clearly said when swami was dead he was busy with mehek . Just one thing which m not getting is why isn't dev imprisoned 2 police officers were there & only naverkar knows dev killed that means dev proved it to b accidental murder or someone else killed mehek & last possibility is mehek taking some medicines she could b some mental patient so she killed herself . Dev believe in giving justice to victims by any means then why not justice for mehek ? If he would have accidentally killed mehek he himself should have surrendered . And Puja Banerjee (the actress who is playing Mahek) also said in her interviews that Mahek's character has a lot of shades. I guess she was talking about grey shades.
