But without a valid reason they were abruptly removed from the show at the last minute. Buzz making its way says the reason for this is that the story has been tweaked by the channel. However, the recent development in the script has forced certain changes, and Bharat Kaul's character, who was earlier roped to play the father of lead Sahil (played by Ashish Kapoor) has been erased.

While on the other side, Charu Asopa, who was last seen in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev on Life OK, was to play the sister of the male leads. But she has also been ousted and the creative team is now looking for a younger face.

Bharat Kaul expressed displeasure saying, "Yes, I have been informed today that I am not needed for the Sony show. The reason given was that with the script change, the father's role has been removed. I had got many other offers, and to reject an actor after everything is finalized is not done. I ask the concerned people – 'If an actor had refused to do the show at the last minute, how would they have reacted?'. Anyway, I guess this is part of life."

Charu Asopa too echoed her sentiments and said, "I am not doing the show anymore. Everything was fixed and I was to start shoot when I was informed that they needed a younger looking face to play the sister."

You know this is really interesting. They are doing so many changes in script. Btw, do you guys know the email id/twitter of the PH main heads. We can mail/tweet them. What if they listen to fans. I know its impossible as the main leads are finalized. There are proper contracts etc so obvly I dont expect that main lead girl will change easily. But again .. one never knows.

But even if they change leads in LMYAM, thatz not DEK na. For me, its not just manveer/priyash that I m missing but the entire story/show. DEK is irreplaceable for me.. 😔
