BR is playing billiards in his club when Phillip comes there and demands his money. BR tells his guard to throw him out, bt Phillip insults BR by talking to him in a loud and harsh tone. UV comes there and tells that he will handle it, Phillip tells UV dat he doesn't want to sound rude bt its b/w BR and him and UV shudn't come in b/w. UV retorts dat if he didn't mean to sound rude then who dare he raise his voice and talk to BR like dat. UV hands him a cheque and tells him to nt repeat his behavior. BR is humbled by UV's gesture. UV tells them that they are a family now and its his duty to protect BR's honour. GR also tells that money will shut Phillips up for some tym. BR is humbled and tells GR dat he has always supported him in difficult tyms, UV hands the cheque to Phillip and escorts Phillip out of there. BR gulps a drink and GR tells the servants to escort BR to the suite where he can hav some loniless and peace. UV and GR smirk as BR leaves. M is handling all the responsibilities of a Yuvrani, doing paperwork and attending the calls of CM, J standing in her office as support. There a servant comes and informs that Mr.Rathod, a hot-shot businessman and owner of expensive art galleries wants to meet him. J tells to call that person in. The person is Jagat(the guy J was to be engaged to). J is shocked to see him. J greets M and J and requests M and J to take out tym for a charity even for children with heart disease. He requests them to participate in an auction where, ppl will pay for spending a whole day with princess and the money will be sent to charity, in b/w he taunts J hw she knws abt dreams and shattering them and shattering hearts. Precap: M is called onto the stage for auction. Bidding starts, Jagat bids 50 lakhs for her, as the bid count is getting nearly over, someone comes and bids 1 crore, everyone in shock turns around to see UV standing there. J is shocked and hurt, M is angered.
