I don't think she has put on weight during the show. If you look at her throughout from beginning to end, it's the same weight. I think everyone thinks she put on because of the interviews where they talk about eating pizza a lot and chocolates.

Plus look at her body, her stomach is flat,, her entire body is in shape...did everyone forget how she looked at the GR8T Women Achievers Award function??? She is curvy and she's not ashamed of it, if anything it's her face that looks chubby thats it. She hasn't gained a lot or any. She may have before the show, but that's still not an issue.

PLUS the biggest point, she's 17! I think it's mean as fans to put such pressure or say such things about an actress who is SEVENTEEN years old. Actually it doesn't matter what age you say it, it's horrible, but the fact that she is 17 makes it even more horrific.

I know she is an actress, but I like her for looking like a REAL woman, and not a skinny toothpick like all the other actresses on TV who don't eat ( I feel like the only one who does eat what she wants, but exercises as well is Kritika Kamra).. I think it's positive that this show picked a girl who is a REAL woman. And this is coming from a skinny toothpick who wishes there were more real women out there who were proud of their curves and gladly admitted the things they ate and didn't lie. I think she looks great and that the clothes she wears on the show are unflattering on purpose (SO THAT WE DON'T focus on her LOOKs, but rather who SHE is. We were suppose to like/love her without caring about how she looks, just like Uday fell in love with her despite her not dressing like Jai or any other girl he knows.

Anyway, I miss real women on TV. Feel like BALH is the only one who has a realistic woman lead besides DEK that has a realistic looking girl while everyone else is a skinny toothpick. SIGH. What is happening to India??

The movies use to have real women in the them IE Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, any actress pre-Kareena's size zero trend. Now TV is doing the same thing...it's just ANNOYING, how shallow we can be when someone isn't skinny on TV. Plus the camera is probably adding on weight as we know the camera adds 10 pounds. It's not fair to say she has gained when she is most likely at a very HEALTHY weight for her height.
