Its easy to run away from problems (I've learn the hard way and still am) and when her only support in life said the same thing - she felt hurt. Her friends saw the change in her (and they can not accept that), but if you are her true friends than they accept you the way you are (like Uday is doing with Muniya or Manyata). For him she is a true princess in her both ways. Its going to take time for people to realize Uday's true nature (because he doesn't show it too much). Actually this twist - is actually needed to shape up Manveer's relation.
finding that balance in approaching a problem is SO SO hard, i agree. sometimes i feel like i wanna just ignore it, and sometimes i feel as if i stress the issue. 😆 really loved how you phrased your thoughts. even i feel like when the bottom to M totally falls out .. where she has no chawl life or home life because she is in limbo - then will she realize that despite the politics and masking of emotions, she will need to realize who she is as an individual & what steps to the future she wants should be taken
